After Gaino and the others had eaten their fill, they left the planet. Broly followed behind Gaino, glancing back every now and then as they departed. After living there for so long, he couldn't help feeling a little reluctant to leave so suddenly.
"Come on! The place I'm taking you is dozens of times better than this one. It has pleasant weather and beautiful scenery—it's a rare gem. More importantly, it's where we Saiyans live," Gaino told Broly.
"Okay, let's go!" Broly looked at Gaino and Laiya.
"Broly, give me your hand." Broly placed his hand in Gaino's palm, and Laiya naturally rested hers on Gaino's shoulder. Gaino used Instant Transmission, and they arrived on Planet Saiyan.
Before Broly had even adjusted to the trip, they had already arrived on Planet Saiyan. Seeing such a beautiful place, Broly smiled.
After all, Broly was still young, just a child. Children were naturally curious, weren't they?
He looked around and touched everything. The moment Gaino appeared, the Saiyans on Planet Saiyan sensed the auras emanating from him and Laiya. But Broly's unfamiliar aura made everyone feel a sense of pressure.

"That's right. Bardock's power level has reached 100,000."
"I knew it. Back when Bardock and I were on the same team, I could tell he was a talented Saiyan. His power level wasn't that high at first, but the more missions he went on, the faster it climbed. Before long, Bardock became the main attacker in our squad."

Bardock was staring intently at Broly. It was obvious he wanted to spar with him.

Broly came over and asked, "What is it, big brother Gaino?"
Ever since Broly had tasted Gaino's barbecue, he had followed Laiya's lead and called him big brother. He thought Gaino was a pretty good big brother. Gaino couldn't be bothered to correct him; he didn't mind what Broly called him.
"Broly, how about fighting that uncle over there?"
"Sure! But I can't control my strength. What if I lose control?"
"Broly, remember: the key to controlling your strength is in your heart. If you believe you can control it, then you'll be able to control the power within you."
"Okay, I'll try."
Then Broly turned to Bardock and said, "Mister, big brother Gaino says I should fight you. How about we spar?"
Bardock was more than happy to oblige. Meeting an opponent who matched his strength filled him with excitement.
"Come on. Let's go to the arena," Bardock said.
Everyone on Planet Saiyan was drawn to the fight between Bardock and Broly.
The two faced each other from a distance in the arena.
Broly powered up in an instant and rushed toward Bardock at incredible speed. He threw a punch, and Bardock blocked it with his arm. But Broly was immensely strong; the punch sent Bardock skidding backward.
"Not bad, kid! Now it's my turn." Bardock powered up and rushed toward Broly, sweeping out with a kick. Broly raised one hand to block the attack, then curled it into a claw and seized Bardock's ankle. With a sudden twist, he hurled Bardock through the air.
Bardock's body cut a dark streak through the air. He powered up again, no longer holding back. His power level shot straight to 100,000, astonishing all the low-level Saiyans watching.
Bardock said, "You're pretty good, kid. Now try this!" He fired a Ki Blast at Broly.
Seeing Bardock's ki surge, Broly powered up too. But his own power erupted too wildly, and he lost control of the violent energy inside him. His eyes turned white, his hair whipped about, and he charged straight at Bardock. He smashed right through Bardock's Ki Blast.
Seeing what was happening, Gaino vanished and reappeared behind Broly. He struck the back of Broly's neck with a chop, knocking him unconscious.
"That's enough for today. Everyone, break it up," Gaino said.
