Gaino and Laiya traveled toward Planet Rad in their spacecraft. After half a month of flight, they finally arrived.

Laiya remarked, "King Vegeta is really something, sending us to conquer such a trash planet. The strongest combat power here doesn't even exceed 2,000. What is there even to conquer?"

Laiya looked at the data on Planet Rad in her hand.

Gaino replied, "Since King Vegeta gave us five years to conquer this planet, it must mean the peak combat power here is definitely higher than 2,000."

"Higher than 2,000? Good, then I'll finally have a real fight. I always lose when we spar, so I'm going to let off some steam this time." Gaino watched Laiya's bellicose nature and shook his head involuntarily.

Saiyans were indeed born warriors. Ever since Gaino fused with the Ancient Saiyan Bloodline, he found himself becoming more combative as well. Back on Planet Vegeta, he would frequently seek out Saiyans of similar strength to spar. At first, he was no match for them, but as time went on, Gaino grew through every battle until he eventually beat them all to a pulp.

That was fine for Gaino, but those Saiyans eventually refused to spar with him anymore. With no other choice, he had to spar with Laiya. Gaino's learning ability was incredible; after only a few rounds, he could fight Laiya to a draw, and eventually, even Laiya fell to him.

The ship finally reached Planet Rad, and Gaino and Laiya opened the hatch.

Gaino said, "Laiya, let's hide the ship before we scout the planet. We shouldn't act rashly."

Laiya nodded, and they found a cave to tuck the ship away.

Laiya activated her scouter. As the beeping sound rang out, she said to Gaino, "Brother Gaino, there's an energy reading over there, and the combat power isn't low. Should we check it out?"

"Hmm," Gaino nodded. He flew toward the location indicated by the scouter. Laiya was slightly startled to see Gaino flying.

She had never seen Gaino fly back on Planet Vegeta.

Once Gaino reached Planet Rad, he stopped suppressing his aura because there was no longer a need. Exposing his combat power in front of Laiya didn't matter; she was his sister, and he had nothing to hide from her.

Laiya caught up to Gaino and asked, "Brother Gaino, you can fly? I had no idea. You never flew once while we were on Planet Vegeta."

Gaino explained, "Laiya, I didn't expose my true strength on Planet Vegeta because King Vegeta is a narrow-minded man. He wouldn't tolerate anyone who could threaten him by his side. That's why I kept it hidden."

Laiya asked, "Then what is your combat power now?"

Gaino said, "Just check with your scouter and you'll see."

Laiya aimed the scouter at Gaino. The numbers on the display climbed rapidly—beep, beep, beep, beep, beep—until they stopped at 23,000.

Laiya swallowed hard, her voice trembling as she said, "B-Brother Gaino, y-y-your combat power is actually this high? 23,000? That's just too strong. I never imagined you were this powerful—even higher than Mom and Dad."

"Mom and Dad's combat power barely reaches 20,000, and you've already surpassed it. You're only five years old! In a few more years, will your combat power surpass King Vegeta's?"

"Surpassing King Vegeta is a given, but we shouldn't set him as our goal. To the true powerhouses, King Vegeta is nothing but a piece of trash. Look at Frieza—he could wipe out King Vegeta with a mere flick of his hand."

"So, Laiya, we must train hard. We must hold our own fates in our hands and never let others toy with us."

Listening to Gaino, Laiya felt as though her brother had changed; he had become a person of depth.

Laiya said, "Alright, then I'll get stronger alongside you, Brother Gaino."

"Good, we'll get stronger together," Gaino said.

They flew to the source of the energy and found the planet's natives locked in combat. Two creatures resembling long-billed ducks were slaughtering each other without mercy.

Gaino and Laiya found a high vantage point and sat down to watch the battle. The two natives, oblivious to the strangers, continued their fight.

Gaino said, "Laiya, let's rest for a moment and let them fight. Let's observe how these Radian fight."

Laiya remarked, "Their fighting style is so brutal. It's no less savage than us Saiyans."

"In your eyes, are we Saiyans really that cruel? We aren't cold-blooded animals. Look at them—every move is meant to kill. They aren't holding back at all."

As Gaino spoke, one of the natives manifested a massive energy blast in his palm and obliterated his opponent.

Gaino glanced at the native and asked Laiya, "You want to do it, or should I? Let's finish this guy off quickly and go find the others."

Laiya hurried to say, "Of course I'll do it. Your combat power is so high that an opponent like this wouldn't even interest you. Let me handle it!"

"Fine, but hurry up. I sense a powerhouse approaching us," Gaino said.

"Alright, I'll finish him immediately." Laiya flashed in front of the native and delivered a punch to his stomach. The native vomited blood and slowly slumped to the ground.

"Ah, he's so fragile? I didn't even use much force!" Gaino said, "That native's combat power was only 300, and yours is over 3,000. It would be a miracle if he could take your punch."

"Ugh, too weak. I didn't even get a warm-up."

"Don't worry, the ones who will give you a warm-up are coming."

Before long, several natives with decent combat power appeared before Gaino and Laiya. They had around 2,000 combat power, which was enough for Laiya to warm up.

A native demanded, "Who are you people, and why have you come to our planet?"

Gaino replied, "We've come to grant you release."

"What a joke. A brat who hasn't even grown all his teeth is spouting such nonsense."

No sooner had he finished speaking than the Radian felt his internal organs shatter. Gaino had struck, ending the loudmouth with a single punch.

Gaino looked at the motionless Radian on the ground, shook his hand, and said, "Too much talk."

"Laiya, the rest are yours." Seeing their leader taken out in one blow, the remaining Radian turned and fled in terror.

Laiya saw this and said, "Trying to run? I haven't given you permission!"

Laiya gave chase, finishing off the rest with a few energy blasts.
