Upon hearing Gaino's words, Laika steered the spaceship closer to Planet Slug.

Gaino flew out of the ship and extended the index finger of his right hand, where a terrifying ball of energy manifested.

Seeing this, Bardock remarked, "The King's posture looks just like it did when Frieza destroyed Planet Vegeta. He isn't going to just blow up Planet Slug, is he?"

"Don't worry! Brother Gaino knows what he's doing; he won't destroy Planet Slug outright. This planet is still of great use to him."

Gaino flicked his index finger downward, and the massive energy sphere descended toward Planet Slug.

The moment the energy blast made contact with Planet Slug, a colossal explosion erupted across the surface. A powerful shockwave surged toward Gaino and their ship, and inside, Laiya and the others felt the vessel shudder violently under the impact of the blast.

In contrast, Gaino remained completely unmoved by the powerful shockwave. Watching him, Bardock muttered, "Just how powerful is the King now? To stand there without budging amidst such a massive blast..."

Laiya said, "I don't know. But whenever I use my strongest energy attacks, Brother Gaino can shatter them with his bare fists. I feel like my energy attacks could easily destroy a planet."

"Damn you! Damn you all! How dare you make a mockery of King Slug! This is outrageous!" Enraged, Slug charged toward Broly.

Laiya moved quickly to intercept Slug's attack. "If you want to fight, then I'll be your opponent."

With that, Laiya flared her aura and transformed into a Super Saiyan.
