Meanwhile, inside the Hokage's office.

The Third Hokage was using the Telescope Technique to show the classroom situation to several instructors.

Over a dozen instructors had gathered in the Hokage's office.

Except for Kakashi, Asuma, and Kurenai Yuhi, all the other instructors were Chunin.

When the image froze on Sasuke, Asuma showed a keen interest in him. "Is this the top student of this year? Sasuke Uchiha."

Kakashi thought to himself, That guy's younger brother truly has immense talent.

Itachi Uchiha had once been Kakashi's subordinate in the Anbu.

When the image shifted to Naruto, he was currently being swarmed by a group of female students because he kept provoking Sasuke.

Looking at Naruto, the Third Hokage felt quite helpless. "This kid, he still hasn't changed a bit."

Kakashi watched Naruto and fell into deep thought, recalling memories of his father, as well as Obito Uchiha and Rin Nohara.

"The teacher's child."

Soon, the image shifted to Yeyu, who was sleeping on his desk, but no one else paid him any mind.

They had no impression of Yeyu.

Even the instructor who had previously planned to assign Yeyu to his squad didn't pay him any attention.

However, looking at Yeyu sleeping on the desk, the Third Hokage thought, Is he this tired because the noise last night affected his sleep?

Kakashi glanced at the Third Hokage.

Only Uzumaki Naruto had ever received such treatment.

For any other student, if they had poor grades and refused to study, they would simply be expelled.

How could someone keep scoring zero on every test and still be allowed to remain in the class?

Aside from Uzumaki Naruto and Uchiha Sasuke, there were the students from the ninja clans.

For example, Shikamaru, Ino, Choji, and Hinata.

These individuals all belonged to major, influential clans in Konoha.

The instructors assigned to them certainly couldn't be mere chunin.

Iruka sighed, Yeyu, although your true strength might be formidable, the timing of your reveal was too late.

I had thought that after I spoke to the Third Hokage about you yesterday, you would be assigned a jonin as an instructor.

It seems I was too naive.

Iruka looked at the list of the few available jonin-led squads, and there were no changes.

This meant that Yeyu's instructor would still be a chunin.

Iruka felt it was a great pity.

He believed that with Yeyu's strength, as long as he had a jonin as an instructor, he would surely grow into a ninja capable of handling missions alone, and perhaps even become a jonin himself in the future.

Jonin were the absolute pillars of a village and its top-tier combat power.

They were even qualified to participate in discussions during meetings held by the Konoha leadership.

Feeling a sense of regret, Iruka quickly composed himself.

He looked at everyone and said, "Next, I will announce the team assignments."

Iruka opened the sealed letter.

Team 1 did not have Yeyu's name.

Team 2 didn't have it either.

Iruka said, "The members of Team 7 are, Haruno Sakura."

Uzumaki Naruto, sitting nearby, was very nervous, I have to be in the same group as Sakura.

Upon hearing the name Uchiha Sasuke, Haruno Sakura immediately stood up, "Great! I'm in the same team as Uchiha Sasuke."

Uzumaki Naruto's mouth twitched, "I'm actually in the same team as this guy, damn it!"

Haruno Sakura even turned to provoke Ino.

"Uchiha Sasuke is in my team, not yours, hahaha!"

Seeing Haruno Sakura's smug expression, Ino gritted her teeth in anger.
