Catching the scent of alcohol on Kazahana Koyuki, Asama Sandayu asked her with great concern.

Kazahana Koyuki's head was still spinning; hearing Asama Sandayu's voice, she assumed she was hallucinating from the drink.

"Sandayu? You... how did you get here?"

Anko, wearing a look of shock, walked up to Yeyu's side. "What is going on here?"

"How did you suddenly disappear, reappear, and bring Kazahana Koyuki back with you?"

Anko did not know exactly what Yeyu had done, but she was certain he must have used some special ninjutsu, perhaps even a forbidden technique.

It was terrifying; in less than three minutes, Yeyu had brought back Kazahana Koyuki, whom they had failed to find all day.

How did he do it?

Yeyu looked at the equally bewildered Asama Sandayu and Kazahana Koyuki. "I used some ninjutsu to bring her back from the tavern."

"If I hadn't gone, she would have likely been picked up by someone else by now."

Anko looked at Yeyu, confused. "Picked up by someone else?"

Yeyu explained, "A woman in her state drinking at a tavern, with several men harboring ill intentions nearby—what do you think would have happened next?"

Anko thought about it, her face pale with lingering fear. "The consequences would have been dire."

"I don't even want to imagine it."

Anko was a ninja, a Special Jonin at that; she had seen such things far too often.

After hearing Yeyu's words, Asama Sandayu was also struck by a wave of fear.

"It is fortunate that Mr. Yeyu intervened in time, otherwise, Princess Koyuki's virtue would have been ruined."

"And Mr. Yeyu seemed to have spent some time over there, dealing with those men who had ill intentions toward the Princess."

"In other words, Mr. Yeyu likely traveled back and forth from the outskirts in less than a minute while carrying her."

"How is this possible? I... that place was over ten kilometers away. How could you possibly have brought me here from there in an instant?"

"This is simply impossible."

Kazahana Koyuki refused to believe it; it was far too bizarre.

In just a single moment, before she could even react, she had gone from a tavern over ten kilometers away back to her own room?

Even ninjas had to follow some basic logic.

Even Kakashi did not possess such ability.

She even suspected that Asama Sandayu was colluding with Yeyu to deceive her.

Disbelieving, she stood up and rushed outside.

Kazahana Koyuki grabbed her hair, "Am I under a genjutsu?"

She bit the back of her hand.

"Hiss, it didn't vanish. It's real. I really did return to my residence."
