  • The human delegation rejected the terms, and Magneto and Erik told them to accept unconditional surrender or continue fighting.

Ch. 289Ultron is a Racist

Ch. 293Compound V Project

Marvel Company’s publicity campaign turned Charles, Erik, and other Brotherhood members into famous superheroes and introduced the X-Men, while Du Mu began a project to activate human X-Genes called Compound V. On Vanaheim, he discovered that spatial rifts from a rare Celestial Convergence had brought people from other realms together, leaving him intrigued by the village chief’s detailed explanation.

  • Du Mu sent small intelligent devices and an Ultron Robot into the rift to investigate, but none returned.

Ch. 295Goddess of the Cesspool

Du Mu entered Helheim to recover his stolen Ravagers ships and met Hela, Odin’s imprisoned eldest daughter, who demanded the ships in exchange for helping him. When Du Mu threatened to turn Helheim into a cesspit, Hela attacked him, and their fight ended with her furious over his use of a pistol that he insisted was sword qi.

  • Du Mu denied using a gun and called it an unsharpened sword, leaving Hela enraged at his shamelessness.

Ch. 296Let's Have a Child

  • Du Mu and Hela exchanged blows, then both transformed and resumed their increasingly fierce duel.
  • Hela’s relentless attacks forced Du Mu into a battle of attrition, but his Vampiric Ring restored his health as he wounded her.
  • Du Mu used tentacles, a rocket pack, and blinding light to pin Hela to a rock with a thrown sword.
  • Hela explained that Odin’s death would dissolve the power sealing her in Helheim, and she planned to use a child of royal blood to secure Asgard’s throne.
  • Hela realized Du Mu was male and abruptly told him they should have a child.

Ch. 297After I Leave, Half of the Divine Power Must Be Given to Me

Du Mu rejected Hela’s proposal to have a child, then negotiated for territory and magic in exchange for staying in Helheim. He revealed that he could travel between realms on his own, but could not take Hela with him, leaving her trapped and eager for revenge against Odin.

  • Hela asked Du Mu to father a child so their offspring could inherit Asgard, but Du Mu refused and mocked her appearance and plan.
  • Du Mu demanded half of Helheim, money, equipment, magic, and half of Hela’s divine power if they failed to have a child; Hela rejected his terms and tried to stop him from leaving.
  • Hela agreed that Du Mu could use Helheim freely and that she would teach him magic, while explaining that she had no money and her equipment could only be used by her.
  • Du Mu delayed having a child until he had learned enough magic, and Hela agreed to let him stay because she was too weak in Helheim to force him.
  • Hela warned Du Mu that a rare celestial convergence had opened the only route between Helheim and the other realms, but Du Mu vanished and returned carrying Asgardian food.
  • Du Mu told Hela he could travel anywhere but could not take her with him, and Hela lamented that she could not return to Asgard to attack Odin.

Ch. 298Quill's Demise

  • Quill and the Guardians explained that Ronan had pursued them for more than a month, and Du Mu warned that surrendering the Orb would not make Ronan spare them.
  • Drax called for Ronan's death, and the Game System gave Du Mu a quest to kill Ronan and save him from being cringe-danced to death by Star-Lord.
  • Du Mu proposed tricking the Nova Empire into fighting Ronan by spreading false news that Ronan had obtained the Power Stone and planned to destroy Xandar; Quill suggested adding that Ronan intended to betray Thanos.
  • Du Mu repaired the Ravagers ships using Necrocraft wreckage, but a huge warship appeared overhead and an angry voice asked who had disturbed the Dark Elves in Svartalfheim.

Ch. 301Spicy Shredded Chicken

Du Mu escaped Ronan’s returning Necro Corps by misleading Malekith into accepting the tracked Necrocraft, then used the Dark Elves as a diversion. After warning the Nova Empire that Ronan had obtained the Power Stone, Du Mu and his crew left the response to Xandar’s Nova Corps.

  • Malekith awakened with the Dark Elves and confronted Du Mu, who blamed the disturbance on Ronan’s Necro Corps and warned them not to provoke him.
  • After learning Ronan’s forces were returning, Du Mu gave Malekith the tracked Necrocraft and fled; Malekith threatened Ronan until the Necro Corps arrived and Ronan demanded to know who had challenged him.
  • Du Mu explained to Quill and the others that the tracked ships would draw Ronan’s fire, revealed he had sent Ronan Malekith’s threats, and put Yondu and the Ravagers under Quill’s management.
  • Du Mu sent most of the Ravager ships back to the lunar base with Ultron Robots while his group kept the flagship and contacted the Nova Empire about Ronan’s Power Stone.
  • Quill informed Irani Rael that Ronan had the Power Stone, and Irani ordered an investigation, Xandar’s highest alert, and the recall of patrol fleets to capture Ronan.
