Goku VS Nappa

"Nappa, finish him!"

The thunderous shout stunned Gohan for a moment.

Everyone else was startled as well. They had not expected Vegeta to go back on his word and suddenly strike at the end of a one-on-one duel. Nappa had long been itching for a fight; upon hearing the order, he immediately flew forward.

Gohan took several fearful steps back. The approaching Saibaman was nothing much, but Nappa, following close behind, had a burly body like a small mountain, brimming with savage strength. Just looking at him made Gohan uneasy!

Nappa charged using nothing but his body, tough as a wall of steel. His powerful aura kicked up dust that filled the sky, the pressure billowing Gohan's clothes as the air shrieked endlessly and the ground trembled.

Powerful Ki crushed forward like an elephant thundering across the earth, erupting with boundless dominance.

His fist roared with wind and thunder, carrying enough force to shatter a mountain!

This time, Gohan truly could not keep up with Nappa's speed. He could only raise his arms to block and brace himself with all his strength. But Nappa was determined to win, and seeing Gohan defend himself only made him more excited!

Smack!

The devastating punch made only a light sound. Its powerful aura instantly dissipated, neutralized without a trace.

Nappa froze.

His fist had actually been caught by one hand, clamped so tightly that he could not pull it free.

Goku!

Standing unmoved amid the gale blasting toward him, Goku held Nappa's fist with one hand, his face calm.

"Beep! Beep! Beep!" Vegeta's and Nappa's Scouters displayed a shocking number—5,000!

"How can a low-class warrior have that much Battle Power?!" Nappa cried.

Cold sweat trickled down his face. His heart skipped a beat, because he had not even seen Goku appear just now! That speed had exceeded his limits!

"Then 5,000 should only be his minimum, Kakarot!" Vegeta's gaze deepened. The look in his eyes as he watched Goku shifted again and again. Suddenly, he turned to look at Raditz on the other side. "And Raditz..."

He had a feeling that Raditz should be even stronger!

His gaze returned to the battlefield, where Nappa and Goku were still locked in a standoff.

Goku tilted his head slightly. "Gohan, you did very well. Leave the rest to Dad." With that, he fired two Ki Blasts from his other hand, sending the Saibaman flying and leaving it barely alive.

At that moment, Nappa gritted his teeth and gathered his strength. His fierce fist, wrapped in white ripples of Ki, slammed forward, instantly unleashing a sharp gleam. Goku opened his palm again and met the explosive force of the blow. The two powerful energies collided with a deafening boom, blasting a huge crater into the ground.

Thud! Thud! Thud!

The others were horrified and retreated again and again. Only Raditz remained still, watching the battle with complete confidence in Goku.

"Kakarot, you dare fight me?!" Nappa roared, veins bulging across his body.

"Why wouldn't I? You're not my opponent," Goku said honestly.

"What did you say?"

Nappa was so furious he nearly spat blood. His face turned bright red, and his distinctive mustache would not stop trembling. He put even more force into his fist, determined to crush Goku beneath him!

Although Nappa's muscles were solid and hard as iron, no matter how much strength he used, he could not move Goku even an inch.

Seeing Nappa gnash his teeth as though he had reached his limit, Goku simply released his hand and fell backward with the momentum. The sudden change caught Nappa off guard, and he stumbled forward from inertia as Goku planted both hands on the ground and kicked both legs violently into the air!

The immense force of his feet shattered the chest plate of Nappa's Battle Suit and broke apart part of the armor on his back as well.

Nappa was launched like a cannonball, shooting into the clouds with a whoosh. Drool streamed downward as pain twisted his face out of shape.

"Ha!"

Goku erupted with Ki, rapidly caught up to Nappa, flashed behind him, and hammered him down to the ground.

The earth exploded with a roar, dirt and rocks spraying everywhere. A massive crater a hundred meters wide split open around Nappa as its center, cracks snaking into the distance and spreading like a spiderweb.

Nappa lay facedown in the crater, covered in dust. A tear had split open the back of his Battle Suit, rendering it unusable.

"Bastard!" he bellowed furiously, leaping out of the crater and slamming both fists into the ground, unleashing terrifying power.

The ground collapsed and burst upward, countless rocks erupting into the air. Thunderous rumbles shook the mountains and forests, and even the spreading shockwaves could crush solid boulders. The rising wind shredded grass near and far, while the ground sank even deeper.

Goku watched the battered Nappa without the slightest fear.

"What powerful Ki. As expected of a Saiyan—you're impressive!" Although Nappa's Battle Power was below his own, Goku did not let down his guard, his expression remaining cautious.

With that, Goku attacked again. From dozens of meters away, he threw a punch through the air! The blast of Ki pouring from it surged like crashing waves, rushing straight toward Nappa.

"Low-class warrior, don't celebrate too soon!"

Nappa neither dodged nor evaded. He tensed his muscles, trying to take the strike head-on.

His feet were planted firmly on the ground, his eyes fierce as a domineering aura erupted from his entire body. In that powerful stance, he looked like a wild beast.

Boom!

Accompanied by a roar, the tremendous impact struck Nappa squarely.

The enormous sound of the collision was deafening. Goku felt his fist go numb as the force rebounded against him. Nappa's body had blocked his punch and even broken through its power, charging straight at him!

Goku was slightly surprised. "Was that not your full strength just now?"

Nappa did not answer. He raised his hand and attacked, clashing with Goku. Their limbs crossed as hundreds of afterimages danced through the air, fighting so fast it was impossible to follow.

Though Nappa's attacks were heavy and fierce, Goku's defense was like an impenetrable wall, sealing off Nappa's advance. Then his overwhelming counteroffensive pressed forward at high speed.

The deadlock created by Nappa's rage gradually broke apart. He had already taken several punches, his face was bruised, and his arms ached terribly. He could only barely hold on.

The escaping force peeled back layer after layer of drifting clouds, while the air was filled with the piercing tearing sounds of vortices.

"So amazing!" Krillin stared up at the sky, almost dumbstruck.

"That Saiyan doesn't seem all that impressive."

"No, that guy is very strong. Goku is simply much stronger," Piccolo concluded.

Unlike their optimistic mood, Vegeta had already grown impatient. He tapped his arm, gritting his teeth, his brow furrowed deeply. He wanted nothing more than to deal with Goku himself. Watching the useless Nappa, anger rose in his heart.

Bang—

Just as Vegeta flew into a rage, Nappa was kicked to the ground. Only the lower half of his Battle Suit remained beneath his chest, and his body was covered in wounds. Blood trailed from the corner of his mouth to his chin, and even two of his teeth had been knocked out.

He had never been reduced to such a pathetic state.

And it was against a low-class warrior! He could not stand it!
