Everything Can Be Calculated!

Before they parted ways, Raditz had taken a Senzu Bean from Goku just in case. He had not expected it to actually come in handy.

With his strength restored, Raditz immediately unleashed Kaio-ken. He grabbed the tentacles trying to retract and yanked hard, tearing every one of them off. Electronic sparks flickered as they emitted beeping sounds before drooping limply to the ground.

Red light flickered around him. Raditz's long hair lifted slightly in his surging Ki, while his thin clothes billowed and snapped.

Bundless clearly did not understand things like emotions or conviction, yet it did not respond for a moment. Raditz guessed that if it could feel surprise, it was probably in a state of "astonishment" right now.

After all, for someone who had run out of energy to suddenly erupt and break free from its control was simply too unbelievable for a machine.

"Everything can be calculated! You can never defeat me." Bundless finally spoke, its voice as cold as ever.

The long dragon before it sprang into action, its massive body coiling as it charged at Raditz. As the crimson Metal Dragon lunged at him, Raditz's body tensed slightly. Though he could not sense the creature's Ki, he instinctively understood how powerful it was.

Raditz trembled—not from fear, but from a Saiyan's instinctive excitement at facing a powerful foe!

"Come on!"

With a loud shout, he flew toward the Metal Dragon. His agile body danced around the dragon's form. From afar, they looked like two streaks of red light, one long and one short, endlessly weaving around each other.

Raditz was nimbler than the long dragon. After several swift turns, he landed on its neck, a spot it could not reach! He grabbed its slick metal whiskers so tightly that they nearly deformed, then raised his other hand and threw a charged punch at its hard exterior.

The tremendous blow left a dent in the dragon's body, but Raditz was the one whose face turned red.

"So hot! Sss—"

Raditz hurriedly pulled back his hand and shook it several times. A searing sensation also rose from beneath his feet, forcing him to fly away from the dragon's body.

The Metal Dragon could instantly heat its own body, and through metal's thermal conductivity, Raditz quickly felt the intense heat.

It forced Raditz back, then swept its tail out with incredible speed. The vicious whip-like strike landed squarely on Raditz's abdomen. Raditz was sent flying, using the momentum to lessen the impact, but the dragon's tail followed closely behind, trying to coil around his body.

At the crucial moment, Raditz unleashed x3 Kaio-ken and dodged in an instant. A sharp, icy blade suddenly extended from the tip of the dragon's tail, drawing a razor-sharp arc that sliced open his clothes and nearly cut him bloody.

While Raditz was secretly alarmed, the ferocious dragon head opened its enormous maw and spat a blazing Flame Wave at him, its attack surging forward like a pillar.

A figure instantly vanished into the rolling river of flames.

The overwhelming blast of fire made Raditz's body shake continuously. He gritted his teeth. "It really is powerful. X3 Kaio-ken can only barely handle it."

"Your abilities are stronger than the warriors I copied, but you will not surpass it. That is my calculated result. You cannot do it."

Cannot do it? Good grief, it could actually taunt people now!

Resisting the flames, Raditz's temper flared at once. What man could stand being told he could not do it?!

"Shining Impact Wave!!!"

With a roar, Raditz dropped his crossed-arm guard. He spread his fingers and layered his hands together, unleashing a dazzling radiance beneath the red aura clinging to him! The impact wave suppressed the Flame Wave in reverse at incredible speed. The blinding flash reflected in the Metal Dragon's eyes, flowing like shimmering waves.

"Boom!"

The Shining Impact Wave overwhelmed the Metal Dragon's flames and swallowed it whole.

Yet Raditz showed no pride, because he knew an impact wave alone could not defeat these things. Against opponents capable of firing energy blasts, they were all equipped with energy absorption devices.

Sure enough, after the smoke cleared, the Metal Dragon revealed its majestic form. Its long body had not suffered the slightest damage, and it even flaunted its sharp claws.

In an instant, the Metal Dragon let out a roar, its surging electronic sound exploding like thunder.

Then the scales across its entire body sprang open, and the weapons hidden within fired out. White, violet, and crimson lights erupted in every direction, as though a rainbow had filled the entire space. Brilliant energy blasts struck every corner without a single blind spot!

Bundless remained inside its sphere, absorbing all energy reflected toward it, while Raditz had nowhere to run and could only take the attack head-on!

X5 Kaio-ken surged up in an instant. By now, the cost of using five times the power had greatly decreased for him, while his Battle Power rose beyond five hundred thousand.

His explosively rising Ki blasted away the energy barrage. His aura surged skyward with astonishing force as Raditz floated in the air, his eyes filled with a howling blizzard and an endless hunger for battle!

"People used to dismantle Gundams barehanded. Today, I'll try taking apart a dragon!" The aura around Raditz flickered faster and faster before finally turning into an afterimage that shot forward!

He charged at the Metal Dragon at an unbelievable speed, locked onto its scales, and threw a punch. "Bang!" The blast was accompanied by the sound of machinery shattering, and fragments scattered through the sky.

Raditz passed straight through its massive body, punching a hole through the dragon. A string of cable-like wires hung from his hand, crackling with sparks.

Turning around, he continued piercing through it, casually tearing open its scales and smashing the weapons inside.

"Calculation error! Calculation error!" An alarm suddenly sounded.

The dragon's head twisted as it swung its body, trying to catch Raditz. But Raditz struck first, punching the dragon head aside. The force of his fist caved in half its face.

He climbed onto its neck again and punched down at the same spot. Before the heat could even reach his fist, his Ki had already penetrated through its body!

"Bang!"

Another blast rang out, and half the dragon's head broke off!

"Calculation error!"

"Calculation error!" The voice grew increasingly shrill, reaching the height of emergency.

Raditz grabbed its two horns and tore with all his strength, ripping it into two halves before kicking it away. Even without its head, the Metal Dragon could still move. Its tail swept over, still trying to strike Raditz in the abdomen.

But how could Raditz fall for the same trick again? He met it with both hands, grabbed the tail, braced himself, then twisted it around and swung it viciously! Like smashing a toy, he hurled it left and right, battering it against everything until the space itself thundered continuously.

After a thorough beating, the Metal Dragon lay limp on the ground, completely motionless. Even Bundless's commands could not make it move again.

"Calculation error. Defense Unit One cannot move..."

By the end, the voice had sunk low, like the final groan of a dying old man.

Raditz aimed one hand at the spherical container housing Bundless. "See that? You cannot calculate everything. Remove your gravity restraint now and let my spaceship take off, or I'll destroy you with one punch."

"Ding! Data collection complete." Bundless ignored Raditz and instead spoke to itself.

Inside a cultivation tank nearby, a tiny chip inserted itself into a human head. The tubes and cables connected to that person were pulled away, and the sleeping figure suddenly opened amber eyes!

In an instant, a fist burst out of the cultivation tank. Its fist shadow was impossibly fast, striking Raditz.

Liquid poured out with a splashing rush, flooding the ground and giving off a foul, fishy stench.
