"So... you really don't know what's going on?" Lawrence frowned as she sat across from the small Servant, tapping the cafeteria table.
Hans Christian Andersen wore an expression of helpless despair.
"Big sis, we've been back from London for half a month already. I've told you everything I know, so why don't you believe me?"
He had been eating, but now everything in his mouth instantly tasted bland.
Lawrence opened her mouth, then sighed.
"Sorry. It's mainly because what's involved here is very important to me."
It had been half a month since they returned to Chaldea from the London Singularity. After spending the first few days recovering from their injuries, Lawrence had devoted the rest of her time to dealing with the aftermath of the London Singularity.
The first matter was Hans Christian Andersen, who had some connection to the name "Ruslan."
After being brought back to Chaldea, Andersen had simply given up and told them everything he knew. Yet what surprised Lawrence was—
Andersen did not know of Ruslan's existence.
In fact, just like Fujimaru Ritsuka, Mash, and the others, Andersen could not even receive information regarding the name "Ruslan" when Lawrence or Leonardo conveyed it to him.
This meant Andersen might truly know nothing at all. What had been described in the fairy tale might really have been no more than a coincidence.
That left Lawrence rather discouraged.
Returning to her workshop, Lawrence lay back in her chair, pressed a hand to her forehead, and let out a long sigh.
