"The Pure White Lion King..." Mash murmured the title distractedly.
"She descended from the sky atop a gigantic Dragon, completely crushing everything that was expected to exist, then built something unexpected upon the ruins. How interesting." Though they had been given extremely grave information, Leonardo showed no sign of nervousness as she crouched on the ground, adjusting something.
"Leonardo, what exactly are you tinkering with?" Carmilla asked, looking at the scattered parts in confusion.
"Hehe, you'll find out soon enough. First, help me carry the finished parts outside."
Leonardo cheerfully called the others over to help move things.
"I mean, even if His Majesty the Pharaoh was willing to open his materials vault to you, isn't this a bit much? Those two girls outside already brought plenty of food and water." Watching Leonardo move materials with such reckless abandon, Nitocris's heart bled.
