He had not only gathered all the evidence of Danzo's plot to massacre the Uchiha Clan, but had also built up enough strength. More importantly, he had awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan and reached Quasi-Kage Level.
That day, Xingye called a clan meeting of the Uchiha Clan.

"I know you're all afraid." Xingye continued, his tone growing serious. "Afraid of Konoha's suspicion, afraid of Danzo's ambition, afraid of the 'Night of the Uchiha Massacre' that may be coming."
Uneasy murmurs rippled through the crowd as the clan members exchanged worried glances.
"The Night of the Uchiha Massacre..." someone whispered, their voice trembling with fear.
"That's right, the Night of the Uchiha Massacre." Xingye spoke frankly, his gaze sweeping over the clan members. "I know what Danzo is planning. I know some people want to wipe out the Uchiha Clan. But I also want you all to know that I foresaw all of this long ago, and I've already made preparations."
The crowd erupted in astonished whispers.
"But I'm telling you now: that 'Night of the Uchiha Massacre' will never come!" Xingye's voice suddenly rose, his presence commanding. "Because we won't sit back and wait for death! Because we won't become anyone's pawns! Because we will change our own fate!"
The training grounds burst into an uproar. The clan members shouted Xingye's name, their blood boiling.
"Xingye! Xingye! Xingye!"
"Starting today, the Uchiha Clan will no longer be passive victims!" Xingye continued, his voice brimming with passion. "We will become the players! We will take control of our own fate!"
"The Night of the Uchiha Massacre? As long as I, Uchiha Xingye, stand in its way, it will never come!"
The training grounds erupted again. The clan members shouted Xingye's name, their morale soaring.

The system's notification rang out in Xingye's mind.
Xingye nodded with satisfaction.
"Next, I'll show you all our strength," Xingye said, his eyes gleaming with confidence.
Xingye walked to the center of the training grounds and slowly activated his Mangekyō Sharingan.
The Mangekyō's pattern was intricate and mysterious, its three tomoe joined into a perfect ring, radiating a terrifying pressure. When the Mangekyō fully opened, the entire training ground fell utterly silent.
Everyone stared in shock at the change in Xingye's eyes.
"The Mangekyō Sharingan..." Fugaku murmured, stunned.
Then Xingye displayed the full extent of his power.
Susanoo Second Form!
Orange chakra formed a gigantic suit of samurai armor, encasing Xingye within it. Compared to its previous form, this Susanoo was more complete and more imposing.
"Susanoo!" the clan members cried, their voices filled with shock and pride.
The training grounds fell utterly silent. Everyone was stunned by the sight before them.
The Mangekyō Sharingan and Susanoo Second Form—these were the Uchiha Clan's most powerful ocular power and technique! And Xingye had awakened them at such a young age!
"How... how is this possible..." an elder murmured. "The Mangekyō... Susanoo Second Form... This is unbelievable..."
Fugaku and Itachi stood behind Xingye, their eyes filled with disbelief and pride.
"The Mangekyō... Susanoo Second Form..." Fugaku took a deep breath. "Xingye, your talent... it's beyond anything I could have imagined..."
Itachi looked at his older brother, admiration shining in his eyes.
"Big brother is amazing..."
Xingye deactivated his Mangekyō and Susanoo, returning to normal.
"Everyone, this is only the beginning," Xingye said firmly. "I'm not strong enough yet, but I grow stronger every day. Just give me time, and I'll stand at the pinnacle of the Shinobi World and protect our Uchiha Clan."
"Let's work together to change our fate!"
The training grounds erupted once more. The clan members shouted Xingye's name, their morale soaring.
"Xingye! Xingye! Xingye!"
Just then, Xingye's Byakugan detected something unusual.
Someone was watching the clan meeting from the shadows.
"Danzo's spy, perhaps..." Xingye thought. "Good. Let them see our strength, and let Danzo know the Uchiha Clan isn't to be trifled with."
Fugaku came to Xingye's side and spoke quietly. "Xingye, Danzo must have received the news by now."
"I know, Father," Xingye replied calmly. "That's exactly what I want. Let Danzo see our strength. Then he'll think twice."
Fugaku nodded, a trace of satisfaction in his eyes.
"You've thought this through very carefully."
Just then, the system's voice rang out again.

In the end, Xingye made his decision.

Night fell. Xingye stood alone on the roof of the clan compound, gazing toward Konoha.
"The wheels of fate have begun to turn," Xingye murmured, resolve shining in his eyes. "I'll change this cruel world and make sure the Uchiha Clan never suffers the same fate again."
"For that goal, I'll pay any price."
Just then, Itachi came to Xingye's side.
"Big brother, what are you thinking about?" Itachi asked softly.
"I'm thinking about our future, Itachi." Xingye turned to look at his younger brother, warmth in his eyes. "We're creating a new future—a future without the Night of the Uchiha Massacre."
Itachi looked at Xingye, hope shining in his eyes.
"I believe in you, Big Brother."
Xingye patted Itachi on the shoulder.
"Let's work together to protect our Uchiha Clan."
