"If Xingye continues to grow, he'll become our greatest obstacle."

"Black Zetsu," Obito said, "are you really sure Xingye will become a threat?"

"I do." Xingye nodded. "Akatsuki has ten S-rank rogue ninjas, including several Kage Level fighters."
