"The United Government will be composed of the five Kage, responsible for managing the affairs of the entire shinobi world."

"At the same time, we will establish the 'Shinobi United Academy' to cultivate the next generation of ninjas."

"Furthermore, we will build the 'Shinobi United Forces', composed of the five great ninja villages, responsible for maintaining peace in the shinobi world."

"Xingye," the Third Hokage walked up beside him, "what are you thinking about?"

Xingye smiled faintly: "I am thinking that the Shinobi World has finally found peace."

"For so many years, I have endured countless battles, all for this very moment."

The Third Hokage nodded: "Xingye, you are the hero of the Shinobi World."

"Your story will be passed down for generations."

Xingye shook his head: "Lord Third, I am no hero."

"I am merely an ordinary ninja who wanted to protect the people I love."

The Third Hokage patted Xingye on the shoulder: "Xingye, you are too humble."

"Your achievements surpass everyone's imagination."

"Your story will become the legend of the Shinobi World."

Xingye smiled faintly: "Whether it becomes a legend or not is unimportant."

"What matters is that the Shinobi World is at peace."

The Third Hokage nodded: "Indeed, the Shinobi World is at peace."

"This is the dream of every ninja, and you are the one who realized it."

Farewell

Xingye left the Hokage Building and headed toward the Uchiha compound.

Itachi, Sasuke, Kaguya, and the others were waiting for him.

"Xingye," Itachi began, "you are leaving the Shinobi World?"

Xingye nodded: "Yes, I plan to venture into other worlds."

"My power has already surpassed the limits of the Shinobi World; there is no longer anything here that can threaten me."

Sasuke clenched his fists: "Xingye, I want to go with you."

Xingye shook his head: "Sasuke, you cannot go."

"Konoha needs you, and Naruto needs you."

"You are a pillar of Konoha, and your responsibility is to protect it."

Sasuke gritted his teeth: "Xingye, I understand."

"I will protect Konoha well and wait for your return."

Kaguya looked at Xingye, a flash of complexity crossing her eyes: "Xingye, are you truly leaving the Shinobi World?"

Xingye nodded: "Yes, Kaguya."

"My goal is to become a true god and protect the entire universe."

Kaguya fell silent for a moment before finally saying: "Xingye, I will protect the Shinobi World alongside Sasuke."

"I will wait for your return."

Xingye nodded: "Thank you, Kaguya."

Xingye bid farewell to the members of the Uchiha clan and headed toward Naruto's home.

Naruto and Hinata were waiting for him at the door.

"Xingye," Naruto began, "are you leaving the Shinobi World?"

Xingye nodded: "Yes, Naruto."

"I intend to venture into other worlds."

"My strength has already surpassed the limits of the Shinobi World; there is no longer anything here that can threaten me."

Naruto clenched his fists: "Xingye, I will definitely work hard to become a ninja as powerful as you."

Xingye smiled faintly: "Naruto, I believe in you."

"You will surely become the greatest Hokage."

Hinata looked at Xingye, a trace of reluctance flashing in her eyes: "Xingye, you must take care."

Xingye nodded: "Hinata, you take care as well."

"I will miss you all."

Xingye bid farewell to Naruto and Hinata and headed toward the Hokage Rock.

Xingye stood atop the Hokage Rock, gazing out over the entire Konoha Village.

As the sun set, Konoha Village was bathed in gold, beautiful and serene.

"Shinobi World," Xingye murmured to himself, "I have finally brought peace to the Shinobi World."

"Now, I must venture into other worlds to continue my journey and elevate my strength."

"My goal is to become a true god and protect the entire universe."
