Vegeta departed.

Having shaken off the threat, Krillin and Son Gohan finally let out long sighs of relief.

Although no battle had broken out, the mental toll on them had been immense.

The pressure Vegeta brought was overwhelming, even more terrifying than when they were on Earth.

"What should we do now? Are we really going back to Earth? Uncle Krillin, Aunt Bulma?" Son Gohan asked, his voice heavy with worry.

"It seems we have no other choice now. The Dragon Radar was stolen, so we have no way to continue searching for the Dragon Balls," Krillin said with a mournful expression.

He had been hesitant before, but now that the Dragon Radar was gone, it felt like a dead end for Krillin.

Deep down, he began to agree with the advice Vegeta had given them; perhaps leaving Planet Namek was the right thing to do.

After all, with their current strength, they couldn't even stand up to Vegeta, let alone face Frieza, the Emperor of the Universe, whom even Vegeta feared.

Hearing Krillin's words, Son Gohan felt incredibly reluctant. He had come to Planet Namek bravely because he had to resurrect Uncle Piccolo.

Even facing this situation, he was unwilling to give up so easily.

However, being clever, he also knew that many things didn't go the way one wanted them to.

Son Gohan began to resent his own weakness. It was because he wasn't strong enough that Uncle Piccolo had died to save him, and it was because of his weakness that he was now on Planet Namek, waiting to be slaughtered.

Just as the atmosphere turned gloomy, Bulma suddenly let out a triumphant laugh.

"Heh heh~~ You guys really underestimate this lady! Ta-da~! Look at what this is?"

As if performing a magic trick, Bulma produced a Dragon Radar.

This scene left Krillin and Son Gohan stunned. The next second, they looked at Bulma in disbelief, their expressions shifting to a glimmer of surprise.

"Bulma, so you didn't just bring one Dragon Radar."

"That's great! With the Dragon Radar, we can actually do something," Son Gohan said.

But no sooner had he spoken than Krillin delivered a crushing blow: "But even with the Dragon Radar, we can't collect the Dragon Balls now. Vegeta has a Dragon Radar; even if we collect them, he'll just take them away in the end."

Bulma smiled smugly at this: "That's why I said you underestimate this lady. How do you know the Dragon Radar I gave Vegeta was real? Before coming to Planet Namek, I was afraid of encountering such accidents, so I specifically prepared a fake one."

"Fake?" Krillin was stunned again.

"If that's the case, we can find the Dragon Balls a step ahead of him without worrying about being discovered, and we can even stop that Emperor of the Universe from finding them," Son Gohan's young mind began to race.

His thoughts were certainly active, but this line of reasoning was somewhat naive.

Since not much time had passed, Frieza was still searching for the Dragon Balls slowly, treating it as a game, but once time dragged on, how much patience would Frieza have left?

Of course, the three of them couldn't imagine that.

They continued to discuss the search for the Dragon Balls in depth, and Bulma took out her communication device, preparing to contact Earth.

Just at that moment, a voice came from far away.

This telepathic transmission immediately caused the three of them to look surprised.

Without a doubt, it was the voice of North Kai.

As the overseer of the North Galaxy, North Kai had been keeping a close eye on the developments here.

If nothing major happened, he would remain an invisible observer, but now that Frieza was involved, he felt it necessary to inform the three of them.

Under North Kai's explanation, Bulma, Krillin, and Son Gohan finally understood just how terrifying the Emperor of the Universe was.

Even North Kai felt that the advice Vegeta gave them was the best course of action; leaving this dangerous place that was Planet Namek was the wisest move.

With him saying as much, the resolve of the three was naturally shaken even further.

The new ideas that had sprouted because the Dragon Radar in Vegeta's hand was fake—and the real one was still in their possession—were once again stifled.

They were at a loss, not knowing what to do.

It wasn't until North Kai mentioned that Goku had just recovered after eating a Senzu Bean and had already departed from Earth, currently on his way to Planet Namek, that the three shook off their fear and found a glimmer of hope.

"If there are no accidents, Goku will arrive in six days. But don't get too happy yet; I mean you should hurry back to Earth now. I will also contact Goku and tell him to change course so he doesn't have to continue to Planet Namek."

North Kai's words once again served as a deterrent.

After the connection was cut, the three felt incredibly heavy-hearted and couldn't bring themselves to be happy at all.

In the end, Bulma decided to contact Earth first to hear the opinions of their companions, and then use her father, Briefs, to get in touch with Goku, who had already departed, before making a final decision.

If Goku didn't listen to North Kai and came to Planet Namek anyway, they couldn't leave him alone on an alien world.

Moreover, if Goku could reach Planet Namek in six days, it meant that the new spaceship her father built only needed twelve days for a round trip.

By comparison, if they took a spaceship back now, it would take even more time.

The situation here was as it stood.

On the other side, at Frieza's location, Frieza and his men, who were heading toward the next village, suddenly received new information.

It was the message transmitted by the reconnaissance soldier Zarbon had sent out just before he died.

"Lord Frieza, are we truly going to continue letting Vegeta do as he pleases? He killed the scout soldiers, which is a major obstacle to our search for the Dragon Ball. Furthermore, before they died, the scouts discovered people who had arrived from other planets..." Zarbon asked.

"Ho ho ho ho! Mr. Zarbon, you are being overly agitated. They were just two scout soldiers; if they are dead, they are dead. Vegeta thinks he can oppose me and attract my attention with such petty tricks—it is truly laughable." Frieza remained indifferent and continued walking.

"It was my rashness, Lord Frieza." A few drops of cold sweat rolled down Zarbon's forehead as he replied respectfully.

"What about those people who came from other planets? How should they be handled?" Dodoria interjected to ask.

"Pay them no mind. If I am not mistaken, these outsiders must be the people from the Earth that Vegeta invaded previously. They have come to Planet Namek, presumably for the Dragon Ball as well." Frieza replied offhandedly.

He was quite surprised and intrigued by the arrival of the Earthling, but given his status, he would not go out of his way to seek them out.
