Let us turn the hands of time back a few notches.

Amegakure, Ninja World.

Just as Deva Path Pain was suppressing Doflamingo, an uninvited guest arrived in Amegakure: none other than the former Hokage of Konoha, Minato Namikaze!

Minato had rushed all the way from Konoha, and as he neared Amegakure, he sensed two astonishing auras locked in battle.

He witnessed the final moment when Doflamingo used his String-String Fruit to counterattack, only to be suppressed by Pain's Chibaku Tensei.

Minato's face was grave; he felt the information revealed by this battle was of critical importance.

First, the combatants. One was a mysterious figure possessing the Rinnegan, the eye of the legendary Sage of Six Paths, about whom the Ninja World had previously held no information whatsoever. The other party was even more unexpected: a Devil Fruit user from another world!

There was no mistake. That ability, devoid of any chakra fluctuations, that power to manipulate thin strings as if they were an extension of his own body—it was the target of the reincarnation mission once assigned to Orochimaru and the others: the former Seven Warlords of the Sea, the "Heavenly Yaksha," Donquixote Doflamingo!

In an instant, Minato felt as if the entire Ninja World were in peril.

Damn it! Why hadn't he considered this possibility sooner? If he and his peers could go to other worlds to stir up trouble, there was no reason why people from other worlds couldn't come to theirs to carry out missions!

Minato had subconsciously avoided this question in his heart, but now that the facts were laid bare, he could no longer ignore it. After all, this had happened in Amegakure, but what about next time, or the time after that? If it ever occurred in Konoha, the damage to the village would be immeasurable!

Based on Minato's past experience, the missions set by the Main God Space were rarely peaceful. Therefore, if the mission location were Konoha, the probability of a conflict between the Reincarnators and the village would be infinitely high.

Despite his racing thoughts, Minato did not forget his purpose in coming to Amegakure: to uncover the true identity of the mysterious Akatsuki member, "Madara Uchiha."

After observing the end of the battle between Pain and Doflamingo from the shadows, Minato quietly trailed Pain back into Amegakure. Within the village, Minato carefully sensed his surroundings, but he could not detect his Flying Thunder God mark anywhere in the Land of Rain.

Although he had left a Flying Thunder God seal on "Madara Uchiha," the technique could not ignore distance.

The Flying Thunder God was notoriously difficult to master; aside from its creator, Tobirama, only Minato had mastered it through self-study. The further the distance, the more chakra it consumed, and the sensing range of the seal had its limits.

With Minato's strength—at the Kage level, or Tier 3 Initial—he could sense seals within the range of a ninja village. By entering Sage Fox Mode, his strength reached the peak of Tier 3 Intermediate, and his sensing range expanded to the size of an entire nation! Yet, even so, he failed to detect the seal he had planted long ago.

"Could the seal have been discovered and destroyed?" Minato wondered.

In truth, it was a coincidence. The "Madara Uchiha" on whom Minato had placed the seal—Obito Uchiha—had barely set foot in Konoha since the Nine-Tails Incident.

Obito spent most of his time in the Hidden Mist Village, keeping Yagura, the Fourth Mizukage, under a genjutsu. The few times he did go to Konoha were to pay respects to his late love, Rin, and he happened to miss Minato every time. Consequently, Minato had yet to discover Obito's true identity.

Of course, Obito would never have guessed that his teacher would crawl out of hell to settle the score with him.

Returning to the matter at hand, having gathered vital intelligence in Amegakure and realizing no further valuable information could be obtained, Minato hurried back to Konoha to discuss the battle with the Third Hokage.

One week later, Dressrosa, One Piece World.

"Doflamingo, it was you!"

King Riku left behind his final words in this world before departing forever within his own bedchamber. In his place, there was only a King Riku who belonged to the Donquixote Family.

From that day on, the people of Dressrosa noticed that their king had changed overnight. His former trusted ministers were dismissed or executed one by one.

The king issued many incomprehensible policies, and any official or royal family member who opposed him was ruthlessly executed. The King Riku who had once loved his people like his own children seemed to have transformed into a tyrannical dictator overnight.

However, no one in Dressrosa knew that behind all of this were the orders of Doflamingo.

Dressrosa began to change. Just as in the original story, prosperity was built upon the suffering of others. To collect various Devil Fruits from across the seas, Doflamingo intensified his exploitation of the lower classes.

"From now on, collecting Skillful Grade swords and Devil Fruits is the family's top priority!"

Thus, the Donquixote Family and the entire island of Dressrosa joined forces, and countless rare treasures began to flow into the kingdom.

King's Plateau.

Doflamingo looked at the five Devil Fruits and three Skillful Grade 50 swords in his treasury, a satisfied smile on his face.

"Upload everything for points!"

Seeing his personal point balance jump by twenty thousand, Doflamingo was extremely pleased. It was a pity that these side-story missions were difficult to trigger; otherwise, he could likely dominate the world in no time.

Although many rare resources in the Main God Space required side-story fragments to redeem, there were plenty of other useful resources from various worlds that only required points—such as technological blueprints, rare metal materials, and specific knowledge packages (excluding supernatural or top-tier technology). The Main God Space offered infinite possibilities from across the heavens, provided one had enough points and side-story fragments.

With his personal points replenished, Doflamingo felt confident enough to pursue large-scale development, so he summoned all family members for a meeting.

In the Donquixote Family meeting hall, Doflamingo looked at the subordinates who had followed him for years. He had always felt his family was full of talent and capable of achieving anything. Yet, having experienced so much, he increasingly felt that both he and his family were still very weak and needed to develop as quickly as possible.

With a tone of intense confidence, Doflamingo addressed the family:

"The entire family will adopt a contribution point system. This will serve as the basis for all rewards and the distribution of supplies. Here is a list of some of the rewards that can be redeemed with contribution points. Take a look."

"Contribution points?"

Trebol, the highest-ranking officer of the Trebol Army, looked at the redemption list drafted by his young master in confusion, along with the others. However, at the very first glance, everyone looked up in shock, staring at their young master in disbelief.

Trebol asked with a slight tremor in his voice, "Young Master, what... what does this 'resurrection' mean?"

It was no wonder he was so shaken, for the first line of the redemption list clearly read: "Resurrect a designated person. Contribution points: 100,000!"

Doflamingo gave a wicked, arrogant laugh. "Fufufufu, it means exactly what it says! As long as your contributions to the family are great enough, even death is nothing to fear! Whether you redeem it for yourself in advance or resurrect someone who has already passed—even a beloved relative or lover who died years ago in your memories—I can resurrect them! Because I am the one chosen by the gods! Fufufufu!"

A powerful sense of confidence and an overwhelming aura radiated from Doflamingo's body.

Everyone thought back to King Riku from a while ago. At first, they assumed the Young Master had used some sort of trick to subdue him, but upon arriving in Dressrosa and seeing a real King Riku, their worldviews were completely shattered! They even began to doubt reality itself! Yet, the Young Master offered no explanation. Looking at it now, this one was likely the real King Riku as well—only, he was a King Riku who belonged to the Donquixote Family!

"Pitter-patter, pitter-patter!" A man in the family wearing a ridiculous baby outfit slowly shed tears. It was the family executive, Senor Pink. He was weeping with excitement at this moment, for he saw the hope of resurrecting his beloved wife!

"Russian..."

"Listen up, boys, pull yourselves together! Our future is bright!"

Following this, Doflamingo produced several firearm blueprints for the family members, demanding they be replicated as soon as possible.

The technological level of these thermal weapons was roughly equivalent to that of Blue Star around the time of World War II; Doflamingo hadn't spent many points to redeem them from the System Assistant. It wasn't that he couldn't produce anything better, but he understood that with the technological level of his own world, it would be impossible to replicate them. Thus, he chose a few suitable firearms to redeem, aiming to bolster their basic firepower. While they wouldn't be of much use against powerhouses, fundamental strength was still a part of the family's overall power. Doflamingo was, after all, an ambitious overlord with the spirit to accomplish great things.

And so, after extensive deliberation, a series of reform measures were implemented with Doflamingo's iron will, and from that point on, the Donquixote Family entered a period of rapid development...
