Let's turn back the hands of time a few ticks.

In the Ninja World, at Amegakure.

Just as Deva Path Pain was subduing Doflamingo, an unexpected visitor arrived in Amegakure: the former Hokage of Konoha, Minato Namikaze!

Minato had come all the way from Konoha. As he neared Amegakure, he sensed two astonishing auras clashing.

He had also witnessed the moment Doflamingo counterattacked with his String-String Fruit, only to be subdued by Pain's Chibaku Tensei!

Minato's expression grew grave. He felt that this battle had revealed information of tremendous importance!

First, the combatants. One was a mysterious man with the Rinnegan, the legendary eyes of the Sage of Six Paths. Until now, there had been no information about him in the Ninja World! The other combatant had an even more surprising background: he was a Devil Fruit User from another world!

There was no mistake. That ability, which gave off no Chakra fluctuations, and the ability to manipulate thin strings as naturally as moving one's own body—it was none other than the target of Orochimaru and the others' Reincarnation mission, the former Shichibukai known as "Heavenly Yaksha," Donquixote Doflamingo!

For a moment, Minato felt that the entire Ninja World was teetering on the brink of disaster!

Damn it! Why hadn't he thought of this sooner? If he and the others could go to the other world and stir up trouble, then there was no reason people from other worlds couldn't come to their world to carry out missions!

Until now, Minato had subconsciously avoided thinking about this possibility. But now that the facts were right in front of him, he had no choice but to face it! This had happened in Amegakure this time, but what about next time? Or the time after that? If it happened in Konoha even once, the damage to the village would be immeasurable!

After all, based on Minato's past experience, the missions assigned by the Main God were rarely peaceful... So if a mission took place in Konoha, the chance of the Reincarnators and Konoha clashing would be practically certain!

Though Minato's mind was full of thoughts, he hadn't forgotten why he had come to Amegakure: to investigate the true identity of the Akatsuki's mysterious figure, "Madara Uchiha"!

After secretly watching the battle between Pain and Doflamingo conclude, Minato quietly followed Pain back to Amegakure. Within the village, he carefully sensed for the Flying Thunder God Mark, but couldn't detect it anywhere in the Land of Rain.

Although he had left the Flying Thunder God Formula on "Madara Uchiha," Flying Thunder God couldn't ignore distance.

Flying Thunder God was extremely difficult to master. Apart from its creator, the Second Tobirama Senju, Minato was the only one who had learned it through self-study. The farther it transported someone, the more Chakra it consumed, and the range at which its formula could be detected also had its limits.

At his normal strength—Kage Level, or the early third tier—Minato could sense a formula within the range of a ninja village. In Sage Fox Mode, his strength reached the peak of the middle third tier, and his detection range expanded to cover an entire country! Even so, he couldn't detect the Flying Thunder God Formula he had planted long ago!

"Could the formula have been discovered and destroyed?" Minato wondered.

As it happened, the "Madara Uchiha" on whom Minato had planted the Flying Thunder God Formula—Obito Uchiha—had barely visited Konoha since the Nine-Tails Incident.

Obito spent most of his time in Kirigakure, using genjutsu to hypnotize the Fourth Mizukage, Yagura. On the few occasions he did go to Konoha, it was to pay his respects to his beloved Rin, and by chance, Minato was never there. As a result, Minato still hadn't discovered Obito's true identity!

Of course, it never crossed Obito's mind that his teacher would crawl back from hell to settle the score with him!

Back to the matter at hand, after learning this crucial information in Amegakure and realizing he couldn't obtain anything else of value, Minato hurried back to Konoha to discuss the battle in Amegakure with the Third Hokage.

A week later, in the One Piece World, on Dressrosa.

"Doflamingo, it really was you!"

Those were King Riku's final words in this world. He died forever in his bedchamber. In his place, only King Riku of the Donquixote Family remained.

From that day on, the people of Dressrosa noticed that King Riku had changed overnight! One after another, his former trusted ministers were dismissed or executed.

The king also issued many baffling policies. Any officials who opposed him—and even members of the royal family—were mercilessly executed. The once benevolent King Riku, who had loved his people like his own children, seemed to have become an autocratic dictator overnight.

But no one on Dressrosa could have known that all of this had been ordered by Doflamingo!

Dressrosa began to change. Just as in the original story, its prosperity was built on the suffering of some, and in his pursuit of Devil Fruits from across the seas, Doflamingo exploited the lower classes even more ruthlessly.

"From now on, collecting Famous Swords and Devil Fruits will be the family's top priority!"

And so the Donquixote Family and the entire island of Dressrosa worked together, with countless rare treasures pouring into Dressrosa.

King's Plateau.

Doflamingo looked at the five Devil Fruits and three Skillful Grade 50 Swords in the treasury, a satisfied smile on his face.

"Upload them all for points!"

When Doflamingo saw the balance of his personal points shoot up by twenty thousand, he was thoroughly satisfied. It was a shame that this side mission was so difficult to complete. Otherwise, his strength would soon be enough to let him dominate the world.

Although the Main God Space required side-mission rewards to exchange for many rare resources, it also offered plenty of useful resources from other worlds that could be bought with points alone. These included technology blueprints, rare metals, and specific knowledge packages that didn't involve the supernatural or cutting-edge technology. The Main God Space offered endless possibilities from countless worlds—as long as you had enough points and side-mission rewards!

With his personal points now in good supply, Doflamingo had the confidence to make major strides. He summoned the entire family to a meeting.

Doflamingo looked at the subordinates who had followed him for so many years. He had once thought his family was full of talented people and capable of achieving anything. But after everything he had experienced, he increasingly felt that both he and the family were far too weak and needed to grow as quickly as possible!

So, with absolute confidence, Doflamingo addressed everyone in the family:

"The entire family will use a contribution-point system. All rewards and supplies will be distributed according to those points. Here's a list of some rewards you can exchange for. Take a look."

"Contribution points?"

Trebol, the highest-ranking officer of the Trebol Army, looked at the exchange list drawn up by their young master along with everyone else. But at first glance, they all looked up in shock and disbelief!

Trebol asked in a slightly trembling voice, "Young master, this... this resurrection... what does it mean?"

It was no wonder he'd lost his composure. At the very top of the list was the line: "Resurrect a person of your choosing. Contribution points: 100,000!"

Doflamingo grinned wickedly. "Fufufufu! It means exactly what it says! As long as you contribute enough to the family, you don't have to fear even death! You can exchange for it in advance for yourself, or resurrect someone who's already dead—even a beloved family member who died many years ago. This young master can bring them back! Because I, this young master, am one chosen by God! Fufufufufu!"

A powerful sense of confidence and an imposing aura emanated from Doflamingo.

Remembering what had happened to King Riku, everyone had initially thought their young master had used some trick to bring him under control. But when they arrived on Dressrosa and saw a real King Riku, their worldview had been turned upside down! They had almost begun to doubt reality! Yet their young master hadn't explained a thing. Now it seemed that this King Riku was real too—just the King Riku who belonged to the Donquixote Family!

Tears slowly rolled down the cheeks of a man dressed in a ridiculous baby outfit. It was Senor Pink, an officer of the family. He was overwhelmed with emotion, for he had seen hope of bringing his beloved wife back to life!

"Russian..."

"Everyone, pull yourselves together! A bright future lies ahead of us!"

Doflamingo then handed the family members several firearm blueprints and told them to begin making copies as soon as possible.

The firearms were roughly on the technological level of the Blue Star just before and during World War II. Doflamingo had redeemed them through the system assistant for very few points. It wasn't that he couldn't get better ones; he simply knew that the technology of his world was nowhere near advanced enough to replicate them. So he chose a few suitable firearms and exchanged points for their blueprints to strengthen the firepower of the lower ranks. They wouldn't do much against the strong, but the family's overall strength included the strength of its rank and file. Doflamingo was a true ambitious leader, with the boldness to accomplish great things.

After much discussion, the family put one reform after another into practice, all driven by Doflamingo's iron will. From then on, the Donquixote Family entered a period of rapid development...
