Zhuanshui Juhua’s origins lay in the Zhuanshui Clan of the Great Xia World. In his first life, he accidentally obtained an Immortal Abode inheritance that had once belonged to the Sanshou Daoist. This fortuitous discovery propelled his cultivation forward at an astonishing pace. Despite his rapid progress, he ultimately failed his Celestial Immortal Tribulation and became a Loose Immortal 198.

Even after falling from the path of Celestial Immortality, he did not stagnate. Relying on the resources and techniques of the Immortal Abode, he continued to advance and, within a little over a hundred thousand years, rose to prominence within the Zhuanshui Clan, becoming a revered million-year Loose Immortal 198. His strength grew steadily, and he survived the increasingly terrifying Three Calamities and Nine Tribulations for millions of years. However, no Loose Immortal could live forever. As the end of his lifespan approached, the Zhuanshui Clan—unwilling to lose such a powerful figure—arranged for his reincarnation, ensuring that his second life would also be spent within the clan 198.

Rebirth and Return to the Zhuanshui Clan
Reincarnated, Zhuanshui Juhua once again grew up within the Zhuanshui Clan. In his new life, he became a Loose Immortal in less than four years after starting cultivation, having trained for a total of only three hundred years by the time he first entered the public eye 31 26. His rise was so swift that few outside the Zhuanshui Clan knew of him; even among the Loose Immortals of other major powers, he was largely unrecognised 31. Zhuanshui Juhua first demonstrated his ambition and strength during an expedition led by the Jiuhua Immortal. When the Jiuhua Immortal called his name during a commander trial, Juhua stepped forward and, using his three immortal swords to form the Three Talents Sword Array, left a deep sword mark on a hundred‑foot log—matching the depth of the mark left by the legendary God Mountain 31. Impressed, the Jiuhua Immortal appointed him commander of the second army division 31.

Shortly thereafter, the Jiuhua Immortal privately invited Juhua, revealing that he had discovered a mysterious immortal abode in the Northern Underworld Space guarded by a complex formation requiring both Qi Refinement and Fiendgod Body Refinement practitioners. He asked Juhua to join him in exploring it after the war, and Juhua agreed, swearing a Heavenly Dao oath to keep the secret 41. This alliance would prove significant in later years.

Juhua’s reputation grew when he decisively dealt with an enemy of the Shaoyan Clan, even orchestrating a confrontation with the million‑year Loose Immortal of that clan, Immortal Fuliu 125. His cunning and preparedness became hallmarks of his style. After returning to the Zhuanshui Clan, he received many visitors seeking his favour due to his newly known high Dao comprehension, but he met only a select few, such as the clan leader and Qing Muling of the Qingmu Clan, to whom he owed a favour 112 53.

Ascension to Celestial God and the Star‑Plucking Lineage
Zhuanshui Juhua eventually underwent the Celestial God Tribulation. With the guidance of the Yellow‑Haired Great Bear—the guardian of an advanced Immortal Abode—he successfully passed the tribulation, after which the Yellow‑Haired Great Bear declared that Juhua would become a named disciple of the master and could officially join the Star‑Plucking Lineage 87. This lineage, associated with the ancient Star‑Plucking Daoist, provided him with powerful techniques and a secure foundation.

Despite achieving the status of a Celestial God, Juhua kept this fact hidden from most. Only the Zhuanshui Celestial God knew of his true realm; to the outside world, he was known only as a Void‑Return God‑Demon with extraordinarily high Dao comprehension 112. This concealment allowed him to move without drawing excessive attention.

Exploration of Ancient Inheritances
Juhua’s pursuit of power led him to the Sword Immortal World, where he sought the inheritance of Dao Ancestor Fuju. Upon entering the teleportation array, he was taken to a dark, isolated space. After demonstrating mastery of the Wubao Sword Art, he ascended through a void filled with stone tablets bearing powerful sword arts and reached a divine temple containing the broken divine sword Ziguangqiong 171. There, the sword spirit Ziguangqiong revealed that her master, Dao Ancestor Fuju, was actually World God Beixiu in disguise. The inheritance was left not merely for power, but to have someone deliver a message about the Three Wujiao Divine Beasts to Tiancang Palace 171.

Later, his clone entered Snow Mountain Island, where he defeated the golden Yaksha guardian with precise sword control and then entered the Moonlit Pool. With the help of Ziguangqiong—who could influence the guardians—he obtained the Ice Heart Marrow 175. These inheritances vastly expanded his combat capabilities and knowledge.

The Xiaoyao Cave Heaven and Further Growth
Many years later, Juhua and the Jiuhua Immortal discovered the entrance to the Xiaoyao Cave Heaven, a space that exuded the aura of the Heavenly Dao and likely belonged to a Pure Yang True Immortal or even a Dao Ancestor 65. Within this domain, Juhua faced the trials set by the Xiaoyao Celestial. He cleared at least five stages, but for some reason never entered the Xiaoyao Heavenly Palace to become a personal disciple—a decision that puzzled the Jiuhua Immortal, who had been hoping for his support 232.

During his time in the Xiaoyao Domain, Juhua mastered the complete Yin Heavenly Dao, which greatly increased his magical power. He hypothesized that mastering opposing Heavenly Daos allowed immediate contact with corresponding origins, leading to a qualitative increase in strength 267. He also encountered a blood‑red flying boat that impressed the Xiuke Celestial God, showing his growing collection of treasures 232.

Confrontations and Ascension to Dao Lord
Juhua’s growing strength and the value of his inheritance made him a target. Dao Ancestor Yingyu revealed ulterior motives, and the Heavenly Lord of Thunder, along with Dao Ancestor Yaoguang and Dao Ancestor Chiru, formed a temporary alliance to capture him 238. Juhua evaded them using the divine ability “Measure Wind Wave” and remained calm under threat. The Heavenly Lord of Thunder, frustrated, resolved to capture him alive 238.

Later, after leaving the Xiaoyao Domain, Juhua broke through to become a Third Step Dao Lord. He was ranked 100th on the Dao Lord Ranking List 520. His fame spread, and he became a “hot commodity” as many peak Dao Lords sought him for his supposed wealth in Star Gold Sand 520. He confronted the situation by travelling to the Tianqiong Universe, where he encountered three peak Dao Lords and an Eternal Emperor 520.

Return to the Three Realms
Having grown into one of the most formidable existences in the Three Realms, Juhua returned to his home of the Three Realms. His true self visited his two lairs—the Star‑Plucking Mansion and the ancestral grounds of the Zhuanshui Clan in the Great Xia World—and then summoned the top‑tier great powers to the Three Realms Divine Hall 570. There, he announced that he had obtained new inheritances that could benefit all living beings, but he emphasised that cultivators must rely on their own struggle rather than expecting everything too easily 570. His disciple Liu Qingqing had already become a First‑Class Ancestral Immortal, a testament to his guidance 570.
