What kind of being was a God of Destruction?
He represented the pinnacle of a universe's might, the God of Destruction whose power could not be surpassed.
Almost every God of Destruction had to train for hundreds of millions of years before becoming worthy of the title.
If someone had once told Vados that anyone could surpass a God of Destruction within a month, she would have laughed and mocked their ignorance.
But could someone's ignorance really become reality?
How could Vados not feel dazed...
Perhaps... the times really had changed?
"Vados, have you found my..." Champa yawned as he walked straight up to her.
Seeing the Scepter planted in the ground before Vados, Champa already knew what she was doing.
She was spying on that brat again.
Hmph!
What was so interesting about that brat?
"That brat must be having a hard time somewhere in the universe. After all, I'm a God of Destruction. I'm not that easy to surpass!" Champa boasted, grinning.
Vados watched Champa's confidence and rolled her eyes, at a loss for words.
Lord Champa, I hope you can still put on that same show a month from now.
That little Mu Yang was like a monster. In the mere three hours since he had left you,
his battle power had grown exponentially!
As for the bet a month from now, the scales deep within Vados had already begun to tip in Mu Yang's favor.
Was this the genius who had surpassed her father, the Grand Minister?
This was truly an eye-opener!
"Hey, Vados, why aren't you saying anything?" Champa was rather annoyed.
"Lord Champa..." Vados sighed, looking at him as though he were someone to be pitied.
Ignoring Champa, Vados took the Scepter out of the ground, temporarily turned off the broadcast, and headed toward the castle.
"What a weirdo." Champa couldn't make heads or tails of Vados's attitude.
In the end,
he could only chalk it up to the angel having her period.
Champa headed back to his own castle, too.
Time flew by.
In the blink of an eye, twenty days had passed.
During those twenty days, Mu Yang had not only consolidated and stabilized his Legendary Super Saiyan 2 form, but also found time to train Cabba, Kale, and Caulifla. He had also been researching how to transform into a Legendary Super Saiyan 3.
As an aside, Hit had settled on Planet Sadala during this time.
Faced with Hit, the renowned assassin known as the strongest in the universe, Cabba hadn't dared to neglect him. He had immediately arranged the finest room to welcome their honored guest.
Once, Cabba had accidentally caught the universe's greatest assassin pouring tea for his master, and he'd been utterly dumbfounded.
What was going on?
What on earth was going on? Why was the universe's greatest assassin, Hit, pouring tea for my master?
As it happened, Caulifla had come looking for their master at the same time.
After a brief conversation, Cabba learned that the assassin known as the strongest in the universe was actually his senior disciple.
When Cabba heard the news, his mind went completely blank.
Compared to Cabba and the others, Hit's arrival had been rather uneventful.
He never went to Mu Yang with any questions.
He simply trained alone from time to time, gazing at the distant sunset, seeming quite solitary.
Mu Yang was perfectly happy with that.
And so the rocky, barren mountains to the east of Planet Sadala became the training ground for the five of them.
They got up early every day and began their training.
Then, one afternoon,
just as the sun was about to set,
Mu Yang assumed his stance and stood still, his eyes closed as he focused.
He was about to transform into a Legendary Super Saiyan 3!
So he couldn't afford to be careless!
On a large boulder not far away sat three figures: Cabba, Caulifla, and Kale.
Hit stood nearby with his hands in his pockets, his eyes fixed on his master.
Worry showed on all four of their faces.
"Cabba, do you think Master can do it?"
"Yeah, I believe in him. He'll definitely succeed!"
"If he does, just imagining a Legendary Super Saiyan 3 is exciting."
The four of them whispered among themselves, trying to hide the worry they felt deep down.
Under their watchful eyes, Mu Yang took a deep breath, then opened his eyes.
His aura surged. His hair turned grass-green, his power skyrocketed, and his blazing aura raged around him, sweeping through the surroundings.
The next moment,
his grass-green hair grew a little longer, though there was barely any noticeable difference from before.
The most obvious change was that faint streaks of lightning flickered across Mu Yang's aura from time to time.
Super Saiyan 2.
Next came...
"Haah!!!"
"Ahhhhh!!!"
Mu Yang threw his head back and roared. His grass-green hair whipped about and gradually grew longer as his aura grew more and more powerful. The entire Planet Sadala trembled.
No.
It wasn't just Planet Sadala. The entire star system quaked beneath his immense aura.
Space roared, and the earth trembled.
"Ahhhhh!!!"
As time passed, his long, drawn-out roar slowly faded.
Everyone on Planet Sadala and in the surrounding star regions was left shaken.
Yet no one had any idea what had happened.
They only sensed, faintly, that
another great being had been born!
On Planet Sadala,
amid the scattered rocks,
"Sorry to keep you waiting."
Mu Yang had already changed beyond recognition. His eyes were fierce, his eyebrows had disappeared, and his long grass-green hair fell straight to his waist. His aura was impossible to gauge.
At first glance, he looked like someone you definitely didn't want to mess with!
"So this is... Legendary Super Saiyan 3!!"
Mu Yang clenched his fists and cried out.
His aura blazed brilliantly.
In an instant, dust billowed and rocks shot through the air.
Now, even the slightest movement from Mu Yang sent shock waves rippling through the area.
Nearby, Kale, Caulifla, and Cabba could barely keep their eyes open against his aura.
"Such a powerful aura. I can hardly breathe."
"Yeah, Master's a hundred times stronger than before. I'm afraid even the legendary God of Destruction, Champa, wouldn't be a match for him."
"So strong, unbelievably strong! I'm getting excited! I want to transform into Super Saiyan 3, too!"
Kale, Caulifla, and Cabba each wore a different expression.
Nearby, Hit narrowed his eyes. Even he felt utterly powerless before that aura, and he couldn't help clenching his fists.
He still had a long way to go!
He was still nowhere near good enough!
