After a thorough wash, Mu Yang felt completely refreshed. Not only that, but the abdominal muscles on his torso had become more defined, and even his arms now showed clear, sculpted muscle.
His improvement was immense!
Mu Yang clenched his fist, sensing the ki coursing through his entire body, and the corners of his mouth gradually curled upward.
If his original combat power had been 180,000, then this body-tempering method had pushed it directly to around 1.8 million—a tenfold increase in combat power.
Furthermore, he had just tested his body; even without the protection of ki, his physique was now as hard as diamond, impervious to blades and immune to fire!
Clang, step.
A crisp sound of footsteps echoed from outside the door.
Mu Yang's ears twitched as he caught the sound.
He knew who these footsteps belonged to; there were only two people who could possibly be in the Destroyer God Realm.
One was the angel Whis, and the other was the Destroyer God Beerus.
Since Beerus had gone to sleep, it could only be Whis.
Click.
Turning the doorknob, Whis walked in, saw Mu Yang, and smiled. "Mr. Mu Yang, you seem to be in excellent spirits."
"Mm."
Mu Yang nodded, not saying much more.
Grumble.
His stomach let out a sound.
A flash of embarrassment crossed Mu Yang's face.
He hadn't expected his stomach to growl at a time like this. The process of cleansing his marrow and cutting his tendons had consumed a massive amount of energy; while he had grown stronger, that energy expenditure hadn't been replenished.
He needed to eat to make up for it, so his stomach was naturally protesting!
Whis chuckled twice, skillfully diffusing the awkwardness. "Mr. Mu Yang, there isn't really anything to eat in the Destroyer God Realm. I can take you to any planet you'd like to get some food."
"Then let's go to Earth."
"Earth?"
A flicker of surprise crossed Whis's eyes. He had assumed Mu Yang would choose to return to Planet Vegeta, not a planet he had never heard of called Earth.
Mu Yang noticed the change in Whis's expression and smiled. "I've heard the food on that planet is delicious."
"I see."
Whis understood. He searched with his staff and took a look.
"Earth, a remote little planet on the edge of the North Galaxy. Hmm, the scenery actually looks quite nice. I remember Lord Beerus and I visited it once before; I believe Lord Beerus wiped out the dinosaurs on that planet in a fit of rage."
"I never imagined a civilization would have emerged there again."
Whis looked at the image of the blue planet on his staff, feeling a touch of nostalgia.
"Whis, how long will it take to get there?"
"About twenty minutes, I suppose."
Whis estimated the time.
"Then let's go."
"Very well, Mr. Mu Yang. Given your current height, you had better hold onto my back."
Whis offered a kind reminder.
Mu Yang was currently only a seven-year-old child, and his height barely reached the middle of Whis's back.
"I understand."
Mu Yang placed his hands on Whis's back.
Whis smiled knowingly and tapped his staff lightly against the ground.
"Then, let us depart."
A multicolored light erupted from Whis, enveloping both him and Mu Yang. The light then shot into the sky, departing the Destroyer God Realm.
On the way.
Mu Yang looked at everything around them in wonder, swaying from side to side from time to time.
"Mr. Mu Yang, it's quite magical, isn't it?"
Whis understood why Mu Yang was acting this way; after all, Lord Beerus had been the same way at first.
"It is indeed magical."
Mu Yang nodded solemnly.
He could see the scenery of the universe through these colorful streams of light: suns exploding into white dwarfs, black holes devouring everything in their path, desolate planets, beautiful planets...
Along this journey, Mu Yang had witnessed so much.
It made him sigh at the sheer vastness of the universe!
To think he would actually get to see such magnificent and spectacular sights.
"It seems we have arrived at Planet Vegeta. Would you not like to take a look, Mr. Mu Yang?"
Whis peered through the colorful light to get a clear view of one of the planets.
Mu Yang followed his gaze toward the headquarters of the Saiyans, then shook his head slightly: "Better not. I am still too weak right now; I should get stronger first."
"Indeed."
Whis smiled. This was the exact mindset he wanted from Mu Yang—neither arrogant nor impetuous!
Only with this attitude could one continue to grow stronger!
"Understood, Mr. Mu Yang."
Whis accelerated their flight.
The colorful stream of light streaked across the starry sky at the speed of light!
Earth.
Capsule Corporation, the home of Dr. Briefs.
A little girl with blue hair tied in a high ponytail, wearing a pink dress, was resting her chin in her hands, looking up at the sky with a bored expression.
"So boring. I really wish I could be like my sister, meet an alien friend, and travel to outer space together."
Suddenly.
The blue-haired girl noticed a colorful meteor streaking across the sky and exclaimed in surprise: "A meteor during the day? I have to make a wish!"
Closing her eyes, she prayed devoutly in her heart.
"Great Kami, please grant me an alien friend."
BOOM!
A massive sound echoed throughout the courtyard.
Bulma opened her eyes in disbelief, staring at the commotion.
Before her.
Two figures emerged from the colorful light. Whis stood to the side with a faint smile, holding his staff, while a handsome boy slightly taller than her stood behind him.
"Nice to meet you! My name is Mu Yang."
Mu Yang greeted her with a smile, introducing himself.
"My name is Bulma."
Bulma's cheeks flushed red instantly. Wasn't this the alien friend she had been hoping for?
Her wish had actually come true!
Mu Yang maintained his smile, looking at Bulma before him, while his heart was filled with sighs.
The current Bulma was very young, only five years old, about two years younger than him; she could be considered his little sister.
However, thinking of Bulma's future achievements in technology, Mu Yang had to admit her innate talent was exceptional! Sometimes he even wondered if Bulma also had a heaven-defying system for scientific research.
It was simply outrageous!
"Hello, Bulma. We have come a long way from the Destroyer God Realm. Would it be convenient for us to taste some of the food here?"
Mu Yang asked politely and kindly.
"Okay, wait a moment! I'll go prepare some right now."
Bulma snapped out of her blushing state and hurried into the house.
A moment later.
Bulma returned, pulling an old man in a white lab coat along with her.
"Daddy, there are some alien friends here who want to eat."
"Alien friends?"
Bulma tugged Dr. Briefs over to them.
"Hello, my name is Mu Yang. This is Whis." Mu Yang introduced himself again, taking the opportunity to introduce Whis as well.
Whis stood by with a faint smile, feeling quite satisfied with this future God of Destruction.
He was certainly much better than Lord Beerus!
"Hello, my name is Briefs."
Dr. Briefs pushed up his glasses and scrutinized the two of them. Deciding they didn't look like bad people, he nodded.
"Would it be convenient for us to have a meal?"
"Haha, please, feel free! Eat as much as you like. I've been wanting to learn more about outer space myself."
