Lei Chen breathed a sigh of relief. "Eat it. I know that when you transformed into a Super Saiyan 4, your strength hadn't fully recovered. Otherwise, Baby wouldn't have been a match for you at all."

Lei Chen smiled at Son Goku.

The Senzu Beans in this world had already been exhausted by Son Goku and Vegeta.

This was the reason why Son Goku hadn't eaten a Senzu Bean while fighting the Evil Dragon; otherwise, Son Goku's power would have been even greater than in the original story, and perhaps he and Vegeta could have successfully fused.
