As he spoke, a brilliant, incomparable red light erupted from Lei Chen. Electrical sparks danced like dragons, his aura rising layer upon layer. Red lightning swirled around him, even causing the sky to change color as thunder flickered above.

Arcs of electricity crackled incessantly. His expression was cold and taut, and starlike specks of light began to appear within the red glow surrounding him.

Behind him, a vast, radiant ocean of starlight surged forth.

"Whew."

Suddenly, in the next second, Lei Chen reverted to his base form.

"It seems it's still not possible. It is difficult to fuse the power of Super Saiyan 4 with that of Super Saiyan Blue."

"But it doesn't matter. I have already achieved the full power of Super Blue."

Thinking of this, a smile broke across Lei Chen's face.

This smile caused Lulana to blush slightly.

A burst of loud laughter rang out as Son Goku was violently forced back by a monster with a Dragon Ball on its chest, six more gathered on its back, and black spikes protruding from its back, elbows, and knees.
