After Champa entered Universe 7, he wasted no time. In a flash, he shot straight toward Soya.
He was incredibly fast, vanishing from where he stood in an instant.
"Since you ignored me, I'll make you pay for it now."
A cold glint flashed in Champa's eyes.
He was fast, after all, and as a God of Destruction, he was already right in front of Soya in an instant.
Anyone else might have been scared out of their wits by the arrival of a God of Destruction.
But Soya wasn't afraid at all.
Even before he'd become this powerful, he'd already dared to fight Beerus.
Now that his strength had increased so dramatically, why would he fear Champa?

"Why is he here, too?"

"Lord Champa, what should we do?"
Vados glanced at Champa and asked. As an Angel, she had to remain absolutely neutral, so all she needed to do was follow Champa's orders.

Soya sensed that presence, too, and looked into the distance.

"Soya, this is Universe 7. You have my permission to do whatever you want.
"With me here, you can keep attacking the Universal Barrier. As for anything else, don't worry about it."
Beerus looked at Soya as he spoke.
Clearly, he'd already learned what was going on before arriving, which was why he'd said this.
As for why he was backing Soya so staunchly...
He'd also noticed that Soya had become far stronger since their last meeting.

But Soya was trying to break through the Universal Barrier and enter Universe 6 from Universe 7.

Still, Champa knew that with Beerus here, there was no way he could stop Soya from breaking through the barrier.

"Beerus, I won't let this go!
"He may be in Universe 7 now, but the moment he breaks through the Universal Barrier and enters Universe 6, I'll exercise my full authority.
"When that happens, I don't believe he'll be able to escape me."
Champa glared at Beerus and spoke through clenched teeth. There was nothing he could do. He simply wasn't Beerus's match.
Otherwise, he wouldn't be standing here making threats.
Of all the Gods of Destruction, the one Champa hated most was undoubtedly Beerus.
"I know."
Beerus replied calmly.
But then he abruptly changed the subject and looked at Champa.
"Champa, you're always saying that Universe 6 is stronger than Universe 7.
"We Gods of Destruction aren't allowed to fight each other, so how about we compete in something else? What do you say?"
Beerus asked.
"How would we compete?"
Champa asked, startled as he looked at Beerus.
"We'll pit the strongest fighters below God of Destruction level from our two universes against each other. We'll see whether Universe 6 is stronger or the humans of Universe 7 are!"
Beerus looked at Champa.
He knew Champa's personality. Champa would definitely agree to the contest.
Beerus had been keeping him down for years, and Champa would never pass up an opportunity to get back at him.
