Leige vs. Vegeta (Part 2)

Vegeta sent Leige flying with a single punch.

"Boom."

After steadying himself, Leige fired an energy blast at Vegeta.

"Bang!"

Vegeta moved rapidly behind Leige and kicked him away.

"Atatatata!"

Vegeta began raining punches and kicks down on Leige.

"Not bad, you've improved."

Leige wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth and said.

"Bang."

No sooner had he finished speaking than Vegeta punched him away again.

"Bang."

Vegeta punched Leige high into the sky, then quickly followed him up, slamming him back down to the ground. Leige smashed a three-meter-deep crater into the earth.

"Boom, boom."

Vegeta fired dozens of energy blasts directly at Leige in the crater.

"Are you dead yet?"

Vegeta looked down at Leige, who lay in the crater covered in wounds with his battle armor in tatters.

"Great Prince, are you alright?"

Nappa, who had just arrived, entered the crater and carried Leige back to the surface before asking.

To repay Leige for pleading on his behalf in the throne room, Nappa had secretly followed them when he saw Vegeta call Leige away.

"Hurry and take him to the medical bay. If you're too late, he might not be savable."

Vegeta said.

Having beaten Leige to a pulp, he felt much better.

"Hold on, Great Prince. I'm taking you to the medical bay right now."

Nappa said.

Nappa then carried Leige and rushed toward the medical bay.

I should be able to increase my combat power quite a bit this time, Leige thought to himself.

To exploit the Saiyan bug, Leige had actually pitted his 3,500 combat power against Vegeta's 7,500, resulting in him being beaten to the brink of death.

January 11th, 3:00, Medical Bay.

Vegeta, I thank you, Leige thought after his wounds were healed.

After recovering from the near-death state, Leige's combat power was now at 800,000—a fivefold increase. Of course, he only knew this after having the system check his stats.

"Thank you," Leige said, looking at Nappa.

"You're too kind, Great Prince. I should be the one thanking you. If you hadn't pleaded for me at the palace, the King would never have let me off so lightly," Nappa replied.

"Nappa, would you be willing to follow this Prince?" Leige asked.

He was the Great Prince and the future King of the Saiyans; he didn't believe Nappa would refuse his recruitment.

"I am willing to serve the Great Prince," Nappa said, kneeling on one knee.

"Good, please rise," Leige said, personally helping Nappa up.

Leige then led Nappa out of the medical bay.

8:00, Great Prince's Palace.

"Leige, come on, let's have another fight. You've returned from the edge of death, so your combat power must have increased quite a bit, right?"

Vegeta arrived at Leige's palace and shouted.

"Very well, your brother will accompany you for another round," Leige said.

Leige and Vegeta then arrived at the training grounds.

"Bang!"

Vegeta threw a punch at Leige, and Leige threw one back at Vegeta; their fists collided with each other.

"Atatatata!"

Vegeta unleashed a flurry of punches and kicks at Leige, and Leige returned the favor in kind.

"Strange, your combat power is still three thousand five hundred, so why can't I beat you?"

Vegeta asked after scanning Leige's combat power.

"Want to know why?"

Leige said.

"Tell me!"

Vegeta said.

"I won't tell you."

Leige said.

"Then go to hell!"

Vegeta said.

"Boom, boom."

Vegeta unleashed the Prince Tactics on Leige.

"Divine Dragon Tail Whip!"

Leige shouted.

Leige quickly moved behind Vegeta and used his tail to whip Vegeta away.

"So it's the Divine Dragon Tail Whip, huh? I can do that too."

Vegeta said.

As soon as he finished speaking, Vegeta also attacked Leige with his tail.

Leige grabbed Vegeta's tail in one motion, causing Vegeta to collapse to the ground; Vegeta had yet to overcome the weakness of his tail.

"Do you yield?"

Leige asked.

"Hmph, let go of my tail and let's go again."

Vegeta said.

Leige then released Vegeta's tail, but Vegeta quickly moved behind Leige and grabbed his tail in one go.

"Prepare to head to the medical bay, hahaha."

Vegeta said.

"Bang!"

Leige punched Vegeta, sending him flying.

"I overcame the weakness of my tail a long time ago."

Leige said.

Back in the Combat Space, he had already overcome this tail weakness with the help of Xiao Bai.

"Leige, take this! Galick Gun!"

Vegeta shouted.

Vegeta fired a purple energy wave at Leige.

"You want to clash beams with me? I'll oblige. Flame Impact Wave."

Leige said.

Leige also fired a red energy wave.

"Go to the medical bay!"

Leige said.

Leige increased his combat power slightly, pushing Vegeta's Galick Gun straight back, and Vegeta was knocked unconscious by Leige's Flame Impact Wave, suffering heavy injuries.

"Nappa, take the Second Prince to the medical bay."

Leige said to Nappa, who was standing to the side.

Upon hearing Leige's words, Nappa took Vegeta to the medical bay.

After Vegeta recovered from his injuries, he came to find Leige again, and for the next ten days or so, Leige spent his time fighting with Vegeta.

January 30th, Communications Station.

"Father, Mother, take care. I'm heading back to Frieza Planet No. 2. Vegeta, I'll fight you again when I return next time; try to make sure you send me to the medical bay again by then."

Leige said this to King Vegeta, Rossi, and Vegeta.

Shortly after, Leige and Zarbon boarded the spacecraft and departed Planet Vegeta.

"Just you wait, Leige. When you come back next time, I'll make sure to beat you so hard you'll be stuck in the medical bay for three days!"

Vegeta declared.
