As for the "explanation" the Third had promised the Uchiha, they could only wait.

But that was obviously impossible. Even setting aside the possibility that the Five-Tails might go on a rampage, there was nowhere for something that enormous to set foot...

"Trust me, even if they're in Konoha, Grandmother and your brothers will still be able to see Lord Kokuō..."
