Tang San is a reincarnated version of himself from twenty years later, returning to childhood after having already achieved Dual God Integration. Rather than abandoning his former route, he resolves to repeat it while improving its weak points, especially his early Spirit Ring choices. 74

His father, Tang Hao, secretly entrusted him to Yu Xiaogang after seeking information on mind-controlling Martial Souls and Qian Cheng. Tang San overheard the arrangement and realized that Yu Xiaogang had become his foster father. 66 Although he initially considers killing Yu Xiaogang after being struck for challenging his theories, Tang San suppresses the impulse because Yu Xiaogang's death would draw attention from Bibi Dong and obstruct Tang San's plans. 74 75
