Frieza pondered for a moment, then swirled the red wine in his glass, slowly stood up, narrowed his red pupils, and revealed an evil smile.

"Little Vegeta has grown quite a bit lately."

"Yes, Lord Frieza. According to the intelligence returned, Prince Vegeta now possesses strength that surpasses the vast majority of Saiyans, and he has conquered a low-level planet all on his own without any assistance."
