"Ha!"
Finally, as the light reached its peak, Frieza shouted. The light radiated outward, and his aura gradually settled.
"You've finally transformed!"
Feeling the immense power, Kast's expression turned grave.
After their many clashes, Kast and Frieza were now far from where they had started.
"What's that?"
"What on earth is happening?"
Bardock and the other Saiyans had caught up from a distance.
"That's Frieza!?"
Bardock stared at the figure in the light, his expression wary.
"I didn't expect these monkeys to follow me here. But what good will that do them? Trash is trash."
As Frieza spoke, his new appearance came into view.
He was somewhat smaller than an adult Saiyan, with silver-white skin. Purple crystal-like plates covered his head, shoulders, forearms, and lower legs, and a thick tail extended behind him. Unlike before, Frieza had no horns on his head, and the furrowed grooves on his face were gone.
Looking at Kast, Frieza smiled.
"Consider yourself honored! Apart from my father, no one has ever seen me in this form!"
"So this is his final form. I didn't expect him to skip straight to it instead of transforming step by step."
Seeing Frieza go straight to his final form, Kast felt speechless. Had he pushed Frieza too hard?
Originally, Kast had planned to try using his full power while Frieza was still in his first form and kill him outright. But after clashing several times, he realized that even his full-force punches hadn't hurt Frieza that badly. It would be difficult to defeat him while he was still weak.
Still, that wasn't so bad. Kast hadn't really wanted to do that in the first place. His goal was to reach the brink between life and death, then use the threat of death to transform into a Super Saiyan.
So Frieza not being defeated in his first form didn't make much difference.
With that thought, Kast looked back at Frieza and smiled.
"Come on, Frieza! Let me feel your strength."
Kast stomped the ground and vanished. In an instant, he appeared above Frieza's head and kicked down.
"Hmph."
This time, Frieza didn't let his guard down as he had before. He instantly retreated, easily dodging Kast's attack, then reached out with his right hand to grab Kast by the ankle.
But the moment his attack missed, Kast had already vanished into the distance. Only an afterimage remained where he had been.
"You're pretty quick to run."
Frieza slowly withdrew his right hand and clasped it behind his back. His face had already returned to its former calm.
Looking at Kast, Frieza said softly, "Judging by the power you just showed, I can tell you this with certainty: I only need to use ten percent of my strength to turn you into cosmic dust."
"Is that so?"
Kast smiled. Going by what he remembered from the original story, Frieza had a battle power of 120 million at full power. Ten percent of that would be 12 million.
It was true that Frieza, with a battle power of 12 million, could defeat and kill Kast, whose battle power was only 5 million.
But battle power alone didn't decide everything.
Without hesitation, Kast charged forward again, his resolve unwavering.
"Take this, Frieza!"
When he reached Frieza, Kast attacked with both hands, his fists wrapped in ki.
"Your attacks are useless."
Frieza chuckled as Kast attacked, then reached out with both hands and caught Kast by the arms.
"Here's something in return!"
As he spoke, Frieza raised his right leg and kicked Kast hard in the stomach.
"Bam!"
"Ah!!"
Kast groaned in pain as Frieza's foot slammed into his body.
"What's wrong, Super Saiyan? Is that all you've got?!"
Without letting go, Frieza kicked him again and again. Seeing Kast's pained expression, a delighted smile began to spread across his face.
"Damn it!"
"This is bad!"
Seeing Kast caught in Frieza's grasp, Bardock immediately realized something was wrong. In an instant, the Saiyans leapt up and charged at Frieza.
"Hmph! You foolish monkeys, stay out of my way!"
Frieza frowned at the Saiyans surrounding him. His body suddenly burst with a powerful aura as he prepared to fire an energy blast and kill them.
"Don't! Don't forget about me, Frieza!"
Just as Frieza was distracted and about to fire, Kast suddenly wrenched free. He kicked Frieza under the jaw, then used the force of the impact to retreat.
Kast's kick also dispersed Frieza's gathered energy.
"None of you are a match for him. Stay back."
Holding his stomach, Kast hurriedly stopped the Saiyans from attacking, then spoke firmly.
"This is between Frieza and me! Don't interfere!"
As he spoke, Kast reached into his clothes, preparing to take something out.
