"How long will it take you to get here?" Vegeta asked.
"You're on Earth in Universe 7, right?" Vados mused. "It'll take me at least six hours to fly there."
"That's plenty of time. Come over now, and it'll be ready by the time you get here," Vegeta replied.
"All right, then. See you in six hours." Vados nodded.
The call ended.
Vegeta quickly got to work preparing the canned yellow peaches.
"What is this...? You're making so much canned peach. Are you planning to make it all for that girl?" Bulma wasn't too happy about it.
"She's not a girl. She's already lived for over a hundred million years." As he prepared the canned peaches, Vegeta explained to Bulma.
"Huh? Wouldn't that make her an old hag?" Bulma was stunned. "Can people really live that long?"
"She has eternal life," Vegeta said.
"Really? She must be as old as the hills..." Bulma muttered.
Vados went over to Champa and said goodbye.
"Lord Champa, I'm going to Earth in Universe 7," Vados said.
"Has that brat finished taking care of his business?" Champa asked.
"Yes, he's finished." Vados nodded.
"Are the canned peaches ready?" Champa asked again.
"Oh my, that's exactly why I'm going—to get the canned peaches." Vados giggled.
"Good. If they don't taste good, don't bring him back," Champa suggested.
"All right." Vados nodded, not objecting.
"Clack!"
Vados lightly tapped the ground with the Scepter in her hand. Brilliant, star-like flames blossomed around her.
"Whoosh!"
Vados transformed into a streak of rainbow light, swiftly vanishing into the starry sky as she sped toward Universe 7.
Six hours passed in the blink of an eye.
Vegeta was all ready to go.
Before leaving, Vegeta generously gave his spaceship to Bulma's father for research.
He didn't have much to bring. The only thing he needed was that bottle of Ultra Divine Water.
It was good stuff.
He could drink it whenever he had nothing to do, to replenish his vitamins... No, his energy.
"She's here." Vegeta looked up at the sky and spotted the brilliant flames appearing above.
"Pat pat pat..."
Bulma hurried behind a tree to hide.
The old hag was here.
Just how ugly was she going to be?
And yet her voice sounded so nice.
"Smack!"
Vados descended from the sky and landed beside Vegeta.
"Here, give it a try." Vegeta handed Vados a jar of canned peaches.
"Is this the canned peach?" Vados took the jar and examined it closely, murmuring under her breath.
"Yes." Vegeta nodded and handed her a spoon.
Vados took a small bite with the spoon.
After eating a piece of peach, Vados smacked her lips. Her eyes immediately lit up as she savored its tangy sweetness.
"My, my... This is good, very good! So sweet and crisp, truly a delicacy!" Vados exclaimed.
Bulma stood there, dumbfounded for a long time.
This woman wasn't an old hag at all.
She was quite beautiful.
Vegeta, you liar.
Did she look like someone who'd lived for over a hundred million years?
She looked like a lively young girl.
"What about the other jars of canned peaches?" Vados asked.
"They're all in this ring." Vegeta shook the ring on his hand.
"Is that a Storage Ring?" Vados was surprised. "I didn't expect this planet's technology to have advanced enough to make something like this."
"Yes." Vegeta nodded.
Bulma's father had made the ring.
It contained a storage space of one cubic meter.
Vegeta kept his Senzu Beans, canned peaches, and some other odds and ends in it.
"Well then... Let's go," Vados said.
Vegeta immediately stepped forward and put his arms around Vados.
"Smack!"
Brilliant, star-like light blossomed around Vados.
"Whoosh!"
Vados carried Vegeta into the sky.
In an instant, Vados and Vegeta disappeared into the starry expanse.
"Hey, Vegeta! When are you coming back?" Bulma shouted up at the sky.
But Vegeta could no longer hear her.
Watching Vegeta disappear, Bulma suddenly felt terribly lonely.
It was as if someone had snatched away her favorite toy...
That blue-skinned woman.
So unfair.
Outer space.
Vados carried Vegeta swiftly onward.
A little over two hours later.
Vegeta looked closely and realized that Vados had already taken him to the edge of the universe.
"Is this the edge of the universe?" Vegeta asked.
"Yes. Beyond this is the World of Void, an undeveloped region." Vados smiled as she explained. "We'll need to travel through the World of Void for over an hour before we reach Universe 6."
"That's quite a journey." Vegeta nodded.
"It certainly is. Coming all this way to pick you up is quite a hassle," Vados said with a smile.
"Smack!"
The next moment, Vados carried Vegeta into the World of Void.
The World of Void was an expanse of nothingness, with absolutely nothing in it.
Vados carried Vegeta as she sped through the void.
They flew for another forty minutes or so.
Suddenly, Vegeta spotted another brilliant, star-like light in the distance.
"Vados, look. Who's that over there?" Vegeta asked.
Vados had also noticed the brilliant light.
"My, isn't that my big sister?" Vados smiled and swiftly flew toward her.
Soon, Vados stopped beside the other Angel.
"Big sister Kusu, it's been a long time." Vados greeted Kusu.
The one beside Vados was also an Angel.
She was a beautiful Angel who looked like a little girl.
Her name was Kusu.
Kusu was the Angel of Universe 10, whose God of Destruction was the elephant-like Rumsshi.
If you still don't know where Universe 10 is, you should know Zamasu.
That's right. Zamasu was a Supreme Kai of Universe 10.
Vegeta looked Kusu up and down.
He had to admit, this little Angel had a certain charm.
She wasn't very tall, but her little-girl appearance was easy on the eyes.
"Vados, it's been a long time." Kusu returned the greeting.
"Big sister Kusu, where are you going?" Vados asked.
