Protector and Mentor

After the Black Wind Cave mission, Liu Shuling warns Chen Jianghe that Sun Yuhai may seek revenge and makes clear that no one may bully a Soaring Wood Court disciple in front of her. She later agrees to protect and train Chen Jianghe when he fears entering the hostile Golden Pivot Court. 84 89

Battle in the Green Rock Mountain Range

Liu Shuling arrives in time to save Chen Jianghe from Mo Wen. After Zhu Jingyi is killed, she battles Mo Wen and Zhao Li simultaneously despite mounting injuries; Chen Jianghe eventually creates the opening that allows them to kill both enemies. 107 108
