Zhou Cheng is the younger son of Zhou Wei, the Great General of the Great Feng Dynasty, and Luo Shui. At thirteen, he is considered an embarrassment within the capital's martial circles because of his slow progress; Zhou Wei threatens to break his legs if he cannot attain the fourth Body Refining level before age fourteen. 1
