Luya offered a mysterious smile, then proceeded to recount the general sequence of events.

A long while later...

"Frieza, he's actually been resurrected!" Gohan and Piccolo wore grave expressions, a hint of trepidation lingering on their faces. There was no doubt that Frieza, the Emperor of the Universe, had left a deep, lasting impression on them.

"Dad defeated him time and time again, but I never expected his life to be so tenacious. To think he's been revived so soon!" Gohan gritted his teeth.

Piccolo's face was equally grim. He had been killed by Frieza back in the day; although they hadn't crossed paths since, he still harbored a great deal of wariness toward him.

Piccolo looked at Luya and asked, "How do you know this? Didn't you just arrive on Earth?"

Could this kid be from the future, just like Trunks?

Luya spoke in riddles: "I have my own channels, of course. In any case, Frieza has been resurrected, and he has become incredibly powerful. He is currently training and will attack Earth in four months at the latest. By then, the planet will be in grave danger!"

Gohan's expression darkened: "Frieza, has he really become that strong?"

Luya nodded: "Extremely powerful!"

Luya was taken aback, but realizing he truly had nowhere else to go, he nodded: "Alright, I'll stay with you for a few days!"

A short while later, the group left the area, but they first stopped by Bulma's house to deliver the space pod for her to study.

Bulma and the others were quite surprised to see Luya, a Saiyan, but since her husband Vegeta was also a Saiyan, Bulma remained relatively hospitable toward him.

Luya nodded at Gohan and followed Mr. Popo.

Back where they stood, Gohan watched Luya's retreating figure and offered a faint smile.

"Gohan, don't you find his origins a bit mysterious?" Dende suddenly asked.

Gohan was startled, then replied: "I don't think so. He said he's a Saiyan from another universe!"

Dende was speechless: "And you believe him?"

Gohan laughed: "It's alright. The main thing is that he has no malice toward Earth. Even if he did, I would personally step in to deal with him!"

Dende sighed and said: "Alright, I'll leave it to you all to handle. But Frieza really has been resurrected. Have you still not been able to contact Goku and the others?"

On the other side, Luya followed Mr. Popo to the entrance of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
