"Contestant Sun Wukong has fallen out of the ring! The winner of this match is Universe 6!" The referee's announcement sent Lord Champa and the others into an uproar.
"Impossible! How could Kakarot lose? With his strength, there's no way he could lose!" Vegeta stared at the scene in disbelief, gritting his teeth.
Luya watched Frost and narrowed his eyes slightly, saying nothing.
"Impossible! It can't be! How could Goku lose?" No one was more incredulous than Beerus. His eyes widened in disbelief. He'd experienced Goku's strength firsthand. Even at his worst, how could he lose to a nobody like that?
"Hahaha! Anything's possible, Beerus! You lost, and Universe 7 lost! Don't even think about backing out!" Champa said smugly.
Beerus gritted his teeth, then snorted. "Hmph! I'd never do that!"
Champa nodded with satisfaction. "Good, good!"
"Goku!" When Chi-Chi saw Goku lying face-down on the ground, she couldn't hold back any longer. She leaped down and landed beside him.
Krillin flew down too and popped a Senzu Bean into Goku's mouth.
After eating the Senzu Bean, Goku woke up. "What happened to me?"
Chi-Chi looked a little downcast. "You fell out of the ring!"
"Huh?" Goku was stunned, then looked incredulous. "How?"
Frost walked over with a smile. "Mr. Goku may have gotten distracted just now. I was eager to win, so I hit him a little too hard. Sorry!"
At that, Goku laughed. "No, no! I lost, so I lost. You don't have to be modest!"
Frost bowed slightly to Goku. "You fought well."
Seeing how gracious Frost was, no one from Universe 7 could bring themselves to be too harsh on him.
Goku returned to the stands with Chi-Chi, looking a little embarrassed. "Sorry! I messed things up!"
"Hey, Kakarot! What was that? Why did you lose to a guy like him? With your power, there's no way you should've lost!" Vegeta said, sounding displeased.
Goku thought it over, then shook his head. "I don't know. I thought I'd won, too!"
"Tch," Vegeta said flatly.
"Anyway, it's your turn now, Vegeta. With your power, you can avenge me!" Goku laughed, still optimistic.
"Hmph!" Vegeta snorted.
Just then, Luya, who'd been silent until now, spoke up. "Actually, Goku didn't lose!"
"What?!"
Everyone turned to look at him.
"Hey! What do you mean? Explain!" Beerus hurriedly asked.
Luya gestured calmly toward Frost on the stage. "He cheated!"
"What?!" Everyone was startled again.
"Boy, I'd advise you not to make things up! What proof do you have that Frost cheated? Or are you just a sore loser?" Champa's expression darkened.
Frost glanced at Luya, a hint of menace in his eyes.
Luya smiled slightly, then said, "There's a hidden weapon on his wrist! He used it to beat Goku just now. Go ahead and check if you don't believe me!"
A hidden weapon!
Everyone was shocked and immediately looked at Frost with suspicion.
Just then, the referee came over to Frost and began inspecting his wrist.
Frost gritted his teeth, but still let the referee examine him.
"Ah! There really is a hidden weapon!" the referee cried out.
Everyone stood up!
When Frost realized he'd been exposed, he immediately flung the referee away, then revealed the Poison Needle on the back of his hand and smiled. "This is part of my body. It doesn't count as a hidden weapon, does it?"
"You! Frost! How dare you use such a despicable, underhanded trick!" Champa's face burned with shame. This was utterly humiliating. Universe 6 had only won because of a hidden weapon. How was that not a complete mockery?
Frost's expression changed at once, then turned sly. "Lord Champa! I didn't use it on purpose! I only did it because I wanted so badly to win for Universe 6! You wanted to win too, didn't you?"
"Shut up, you bastard! You've disgraced me!" Champa sprang angrily to his feet. Seeing the contemptuous look in Beerus's eyes only made him angrier.
"Heh heh heh, look at that face of yours... I've been doing everything I can to serve you!" Frost said with a faint smile.
Buzz!
A surge of Destruction Power appeared in Champa's hand. "I'm going to destroy you!"
"B-but..." Frost's expression changed, and fear showed on his face. He wasn't pretending; he was truly terrified. Champa was a God of Destruction. If he killed Frost, there was no way Frost could escape!
"Wait!" Vegeta suddenly said.
Everyone looked at him.
Vegeta said calmly, "If that's the case, Kakarot wasn't eliminated, right? That means he can regain his eligibility to compete!"
At that, everyone immediately agreed.
The referee spoke up. "If contestant Sun Wukong can find a wound on his body, then he can regain his eligibility."
Chi-Chi and Krillin immediately searched Goku's body. Before long, they found a small hole in the palm of his hand!
The evidence was irrefutable! The referee immediately announced, "I hereby declare that contestant Sun Wukong has regained his eligibility to compete!"
Goku laughed, unsurprised.
Vegeta suddenly grinned. "Then I'll take it from here!"
With that, he jumped down and landed on the stage.
Vegeta looked at Frost and sneered. "I don't need to destroy you. I'll deal with you myself!"
Champa clicked his tongue, but didn't intervene!
He was genuinely furious. Frost had ruined Universe 6's reputation!
"Vados! How did he win the Universe Justice Award three times?!" Champa suddenly remembered something and asked.
Vados glanced at her staff, then said, "He managed to put an end to so many wars because he was the one who started them. He'd stir up conflict, then put an end to it himself. That way, he could easily make himself out to be a champion of justice!"
"Damn it!" Champa gritted his teeth.
"Heh heh heh... Hahaha! Fine, I'll come clean! So what? I only did it to get more funding and improve the Universe Patrol's equipment. What's wrong with that?" Frost said viciously.
Vegeta said coldly, "Hmph! You're just like Frieza—both of you are worthless scum. I'll be the one to wipe you out!"
"Heh heh heh! You? Go ahead and try!" Frost sneered.
He thought Sun Wukong had been the strongest. With Goku dealt with, no one could beat him!
But...
"HA!!!"
Vegeta powered up, and in the next instant, transformed into a Super Saiyan!
"I-it's impossible... You..." Frost's eyes suddenly widened.
"You... trash!!" Vegeta roared at Frost, then charged straight at him!
