Fierce Battle! Luya VS Frieza

No one expected that Luya's target would actually be Sorbet! However, they were confused; since Sorbet was supposed to be nothing more than a small fry, why start with him?

Frieza's expression twisted slightly. He turned his head and stared fixedly at Luya. "You seem to be getting a bit arrogant!"

Luya smiled faintly and said, "I just feel that a fair fight between the two of us should exclude any other interfering factors. Don't you agree?"

Hearing this, Frieza's expression darkened. Did the other party know something? In truth, to ensure his trip to Earth went off without a hitch, he had specifically prepared a trump card, but he hadn't expected it to be ruined by this kid of unknown origin!

This made him rather furious!

However, a moment later, Frieza suddenly revealed a cruel smile. "Ho ho ho, since you've said as much, then I shall help you eliminate the interference as well!"

No sooner had the words left his lips than Frieza pointed a finger toward Tien Shinhan. With a whoosh, a red beam of light shot out directly!

Luya's eyes narrowed. In the next instant, he suddenly appeared in front of Tien Shinhan and swatted Frieza's attack away.

Frieza's expression remained calm, but there was a hint of coldness in his eyes.

Luya said indifferently, "Leave Frieza to me. You all should retreat to a safe place."

Upon hearing this, Tien Shinhan nodded immediately. "I'm counting on you!"

After speaking, he exchanged a glance with Master Roshi and then flew toward Bulma.

Luya looked at Frieza and laughed, "Now, we can begin!"

Frieza descended slowly, then looked at Luya and asked, "Who exactly are you? Why is the ki in your body so powerful?"

Luya grinned and flicked the tail wrapped around his waist out into the open.

Seeing that tail, Frieza's expression suddenly changed. "A tail?! You're a Saiyan?!"

Luya laughed, "That's right! Surprised?"

Frieza was incredulous. "Impossible! Aside from the Saiyans on Earth, all other Saiyans were destroyed by me along with Planet Vegeta!"

Luya shook his head and said, "Don't concern yourself with those things anymore. Let's have a fight!"

Frieza put away his shock and then laughed as well. "Are you really that confident you can defeat me?"

Luya suddenly smiled, then let out a fierce roar. In an instant, a terrifying ki erupted from within his body!

"Ugh... ughhh..." Frieza watched the suddenly exploding Luya, stunned. "Impossible?! Why is your power so strong?!"

Wrapped in pure white ki, Luya wore a confident smile. "I originally thought you would come in four months, but I didn't expect you to show up early. It caught me off guard! Hurry up and show me your true strength!"

Frieza looked at Luya with a sour expression. The situation had already exceeded his expectations; he never imagined that besides Sun Wukong and Vegeta, there would be such a powerful Saiyan!

"Damn it!"

"BOOM!"

The next moment, Frieza suddenly began to power up as well. Purple ki enveloped his body, and the intensity of that ki was not much weaker than Luya's!

Luya looked at Frieza and smiled slightly. Every cell in his body was trembling with excitement!

On the other side, Krillin helped Piccolo and Gohan up and fed them Senzu Beans.

As expected of the beans that could cure any injury, the two of them swallowed them and woke up the very next second.

"Krillin? Are you guys okay? Where's Frieza?" Gohan sat up and asked, looking confused.

Krillin smiled slightly and said, "Gohan, I'm fine. That Saiyan friend you brought back is incredibly strong!"

A Saiyan?

Gohan was completely bewildered. Suddenly, Piccolo said in surprise, "That's... that Saiyan, Luya!!!"

Hearing this, Gohan hurriedly looked toward the battlefield.

In an instant, even Gohan was stunned!

"Is... is that Luya? How did his ki become like this? It's so powerful!!" Gohan's mouth hung open in shock, unable to believe it. He had to remember that he had previously been able to suppress Luya, yet now he felt his own insignificance compared to the man!

Piccolo's expression also turned grave. "I didn't expect his talent to be this immense. After spending only a day or so in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, he has already raised his strength to this level! I'm afraid even the likes of Wukong and the others might fall short!"

Hearing this, everyone's expressions turned serious. In the eyes of the companions, no one's strength could surpass Wukong's, and even if someone could, Vegeta was undoubtedly the one with the most hope. Yet now, a Luya had appeared! How could they not be shocked?

It seemed that Vegeta, the eternal runner-up, would have to shift his position...

On the field, Luya and Frieza stared at each other, and suddenly, Luya's ki surged once more!

Frieza gritted his teeth, refusing to be outdone!

"HA!"

Luya let out a sudden roar and charged forward!

"Tch!" Frieza snorted coldly, exploding with ki as he charged out to meet him!

BOOM!

Their fists collided directly, and in an instant, a shockwave erupted!

Their fists remained locked, neither retreating a single step as they continuously pushed their ki to the limit, locked in a stalemate...

Suddenly, a curve appeared on Frieza's lips. He instantly grabbed Luya's arm, yanked him forward, and thrust a knee upward!

Luya had already anticipated this move. He pressed his other hand against Frieza's knee, turned the tables, and threw him away!

Ah...

Frieza's body plummeted toward the ground like a lead weight. Without a moment's hesitation, Luya hurled a ki blast down after him!

BOOM!

The ki blast detonated on impact, sending dust and smoke billowing into the air!

Luya narrowed his eyes as he stared into the haze. According to the laws of Dragon Ball, the thicker the smoke, the more certain it was that the opponent was perfectly fine...

Sure enough, as the dust settled, Frieza's figure was revealed. He stood on the ground, wearing a smirk as he looked up at Luya. "Ho ho ho! You truly haven't disappointed me. Aside from Sun Wukong, you are the only opponent I have ever deemed worthy of my attention!"

Luya gave a faint smile and said, "Enough, cut the chatter. Transform! You're only in your first form right now, aren't you?"

Frieza looked surprised, but he quickly chuckled. "Interesting. I don't know how you know so much about me, but since that's the case, I'll play with you a little before my final showdown with Sun Wukong!"

No sooner had he finished speaking than Frieza let out a sudden roar. In an instant, the ground beneath his feet cracked open, and rubble began to float as if gravity had ceased to exist. Immediately after, a powerful, violet aura erupted from within his body!

"Aaaaaah..." Frieza's body suddenly began to swell, ballooning to more than three times its original size! Yet, it didn't stop there. His physique continued to shift, taking on a duck-like appearance, before finally shrinking back down until he resembled his original form. The only difference was that his "helmet" was gone, replaced by a bald head...

As the violent, violet aura raged, Frieza relaxed his body and looked at Luya. "This... is my final form!!"
