Thanos rose to his feet. When he saw the angel resurrect the four dead Avengers, his expression shifted from surprise to fury. He knew that guy was behind all of this. From Infinity War until now, that man had caused him all kinds of trouble.

"Thanos, looks like you won't be snapping your fingers today," William said in a deep voice.

Thanos sensed a new power within William and knew that the Mind Stone had been taken by him.

"Where is the Time Stone?" Thanos asked. By now, five Infinity Stones had appeared. Only the final Time Stone remained beyond Thanos's grasp.

"You'll never get the chance to find out. You said that the next time we met would be a true battle to the death." William's voice turned cold. "Today is the day you die!"

"You arrogant wretch! How dare you disrespect the great Lord Thanos!" Ebony Maw shouted. He and Supergiant flew before Thanos, guarding their emperor.

"With us here, you won't succeed!" Ebony Maw said.

He and Supergiant possessed powerful telekinetic abilities. If they fought alongside Thanos, they would pose an enormous threat to William and the others.

Just then, a shrill whistle tore through the air from the distance. A golden flash streaked over—Captain Marvel had returned, charging straight at Thanos.

Supergiant immediately unleashed her telekinesis, forming a powerful psychic barrier before them. Captain Marvel did not slow down. Instead, she accelerated and slammed into the barrier.

With a loud bang, Carol crashed heavily into the psychic barrier. The tremendous impact made blood pour from Supergiant's ears and nose. At the same time, Ebony Maw unleashed his power. The earth cracked apart, and countless shattered rocks flew toward Captain Marvel and the Avengers.

Captain Marvel fired Photon Blasts from both hands, blasting the incoming debris
