Background

Born into the Nine Treasures Glazed Sect, Ning Yurong is the youngest daughter of Ye Pi'an. She traveled with a sect caravan toward Blizzard City to conduct business and gain experience, but the group was annihilated by a Four-Eyed Demon Fox. Her Invincible Barrier allowed her to survive as the caravan’s sole survivor. 16 24

Xue Mingqing found Ning Yurong hiding among the bodies. Though his mercenary escort regarded her as a liability because the demon fox would continue pursuing her, Xue Mingqing chose to protect her and bring her back toward the city. During their escape, Ning Yurong witnessed his strength and later offered herself to the demon fox to spare him. 17 19 20

When Feng Xuan attacks Xue Mingqing with a rain of Evil Wind Swords, Ning Yurong embraces him and activates her Rank 7 Invincible Shield around them both. Apparent Death and Reunion
