Beerus Awakens~

At that moment, Whis was leisurely stretching beneath a tree. In truth, he had sensed the instant Beerus awoke. Whis rose gracefully and asked with a smile, "Lord Beerus, where would you like to go?"

Beerus looked serious, with a hint of pride. He barked an order: "Whis, find the location of that Super Saiyan God. Now! Immediately!" His unquestionable command echoed across the silent planet.

Whis bowed slightly and replied respectfully, "Of course, Lord Beerus." He raised the staff in his hand and gave it a gentle shake. A soft glow blossomed from it, instantly forming a huge crystal-ball-like energy screen before them. Light and shadows flickered across its surface as it seemed to search for the Super Saiyan God's whereabouts.

Whis lightly traced his fingers across the energy screen. Runes and lights flashed by, his gaze focused and calm, as though the information of the entire universe lay in his hands. After a moment, the light on the screen began to converge, revealing a hazy image of the place where Goku and Goku Black were fighting.

"Lord Beerus, I've found them." Whis's voice remained calm. He turned slightly to let Beerus see the image more clearly.

Beerus stared at the screen with his arms crossed, a hint of curiosity and amusement in his eyes. "Hmph. That fight looks pretty intense. That Saiyan seems to have some skill."

With that, Beerus vanished in a flash, shooting into the sky as a streak of purple light. Whis followed unhurriedly, sweeping his staff once to form a protective barrier around them, shielding them from interstellar debris as they crossed space.

Meanwhile, on the battlefield, Goku and Goku Black's fight had reached its boiling point. After a fierce exchange of punches, Goku used the force to backflip away, putting some distance between them. His chest heaved, and sweat soaked his clothes, but his gaze only grew more resolute as he fixed his eyes on the evil-looking black blade in Goku Black's hand.

Goku Black let out a wild laugh. He, too, had suffered numerous wounds, and the black aura around him had grown somewhat unsteady, but that only seemed to fuel his madness. "Son Goku, you're destined to die here today!"

Just as Goku Black prepared to attack again, a streak of purple light suddenly flashed across the sky. A moment later, Beerus and Whis appeared above them.

Beerus looked down at the two of them, his gaze radiating lofty authority. "Hmph. You two fools have been making quite a commotion right under my nose."

Goku and Goku Black both looked up. Their expressions changed when they saw Beerus and Whis. A glimmer of hope appeared in Goku's eyes, as if he saw a chance to turn the tide of the battle. Goku Black, however, furrowed his brow and warily watched the two unexpected visitors, instinctively tightening his grip on the black blade.

As soon as Beerus arrived on Earth, his imperious gaze swept across the devastated land. The debris and ruins seemed perfectly ordinary to him, barely stirring his emotions. His eyes quickly settled on Son Goku, and a thoughtful look appeared in them.

Seeing the God of Destruction Beerus, Goku Black thought, This is bad. He knew the situation had become troublesome. Whis quietly observed from the side, his gaze moving between Son Goku and Goku Black. The staff in his hand trembled lightly as he began to wield its mysterious power.

Beerus spoke to Son Goku. "Kid, you look just like the one I saw in my dream. Come on, let's have a fight." His voice was low and oppressive, like an unquestionable divine decree.

Seeing this, Goku Black was about to seize the chance to escape. But just as he moved, Beerus's intimidating voice stopped him cold. "Move a single step, and you die!" Those brief words left Goku Black frozen in place, fine beads of sweat forming on his forehead. He knew the God of Destruction's power was far beyond anything he could easily withstand.

Whis stood to one side, the staff in his hand glowing as the images kept changing. Under its magic, time seemed to flow backward, and scenes from the past appeared one after another like images in a revolving lantern. Before long, Whis had learned the sequence of events through the images of the past.

Whis now understood everything that had happened in this world. The reason Earth had been left in ruins by Goku and Goku Black's fierce battle was clear. But Goku Black's origins remained a foggy mystery, leaving Whis deeply puzzled.

After hearing Whis's report, Beerus furrowed his brow, a trace of displeasure flashing in his eyes. "Hmph. Even you can't find out?" There was a hint of reproach in his voice, but even more wariness toward the unknown.

Whis bowed slightly and answered respectfully, "Lord Beerus, this Goku Black is a very unusual existence. His aura is mixed with an unfamiliar, evil power that doesn't seem to belong to any timeline we know. I've done everything I can to retrace the flow of time, but the trail of his origins suddenly ends at a certain point, as if a force even greater than mine had deliberately concealed it."

Listening to their conversation, Goku was filled with questions too. He looked at Goku Black and shouted, "Who are you, really? Why are you here? Why are you destroying Earth?"

Goku Black gave a cold snort, a menacing smile spreading across his face. "Son Goku, you don't need to know that much. All you need to know is that today is the day you die!" His tone was forceful, but his eyes betrayed a trace of panic, as though he didn't want anyone to learn his true identity.

Beerus impatiently cut them off. "Enough! I don't care where you came from. You won't escape me so easily." As he spoke, his aura surged again, and the immense pressure made both Goku and Goku Black struggle to breathe.

Seeing this, Whis hurriedly cautioned him. "Lord Beerus, please don't act rashly. Goku Black may be weaker than you, but a greater plot could be at work behind him. We must proceed carefully, lest we fall into the enemy's trap."

After hearing Whis's words, Beerus nodded slightly, but the murderous intent in his eyes did not fade. He stared at Goku Black and said coldly, "Hmph. Whatever your scheme may be, I won't spare anyone who dares to challenge my authority."

At that moment, Goku Black secretly considered how to escape his predicament. He knew he stood almost no chance against the God of Destruction Beerus. Yet a trace of resolve showed in his eyes.
