Beerus watched the direction in which Goku Black had vanished, his body trembling with rage. His purple aura burned wildly and uncontrollably, the surrounding space warping and distorting under the weight of his fury. Whis hurried forward to soothe him: "Lord Beerus, please calm your anger. If your wrath continues to spread, I fear this planet will be reduced to nothing in an instant."

Beerus forcibly suppressed the fire in his heart and turned to stare at Goku, his eyes filled with scrutiny: "You look just like that fellow. I shall see just how strong your Super Saiyan God can be, and whether you are worth me using even a fraction of my true power." Goku looked back at Beerus without a hint of fear; the Saiyan's warlike blood boiled and roared within him, every cell craving the battle. He clenched his fists, leaned his body slightly forward, and braced himself for the fight.

Seeing that Beerus intended to spar with Goku, Whis tapped his staff lightly against the ground. In an instant, the Earth was restored to its original state—the mountains became even more magnificent, the ground more solid, and the planet was imbued with the strength to withstand immense impact and destruction.

Beerus's lips curled slightly. He raised his right hand, palm upward, and effortlessly blocked Goku's fierce kick. In an instant, a powerful wave of energy rippled outward from the two of them, cracking the ground and sending fissures spreading into the distance like a spiderweb.

Goku performed a backflip to gain distance from Beerus. Immediately after, his hands moved in a blur, gathering two massive golden spheres of light. He slammed them together and pushed forward, a giant golden energy ball forming rapidly in his hands, wreathed in red lightning. Goku hurled the sphere at Beerus; as it flew, it grew larger and larger, causing the very space around it to ripple as if it intended to swallow everything in its path.

Beerus's eyes sharpened. With a flick of his hand, a purple energy shield appeared before him. When the golden energy ball struck the shield, a deafening roar erupted, the light so blinding that it was impossible to keep one's eyes open. The energy ball and the shield remained locked in a stalemate, the violent collision of power dragging everything nearby into a vortex of destruction—mountains were leveled, rivers evaporated, and the entire Earth trembled.

Suddenly, Beerus raised his hand and swept it forward. His purple aura surged, shattering the golden energy ball into dust. He then transformed into a streak of purple light, shooting toward Goku with his right fist clenched, striking at Goku's abdomen with enough power to destroy stars.

Goku had no time to dodge and could only channel all his energy into his midsection to take the blow head-on. The massive impact sent him flying backward, a spray of blood erupting from his mouth. Yet, his gaze remained steady, locked onto Beerus, his feet carving deep trenches into the ground before he finally managed to stabilize himself.

Goku wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth and clenched his fists, once again drawing upon his inner power. The red aura around him flared even brighter, golden electricity crackling and hissing. He knew that Beerus's strength far exceeded his imagination, but the pride of a Saiyan would not allow him to retreat.
