The surrounding police officers pointed their guns at her.
"Launch, you're under arrest!"
"Behave yourself. Don't make trouble!"
"Don't move, or we'll shoot you dead!"
The officers spoke as they approached, wary of Launch striking back.
They gradually closed in on her.
Terrified, Launch clenched her fair-skinned hand into a fist and held it by her mouth.
Her long, fair-skinned legs retreated, kicking against the ground. In fright, she cried, "Who are you?"
The officers kept closing in.
"What do you want?"
"You're still asking who we are?"
"Isn't it obvious?"
"You robbed an entire street! Now surrender!"
Just as the officers were about to arrest her, Launch threw back her head and screamed.
"Help!"
"Somebody, please save me!"
Son Goku and Krillin had already reached the sky directly above Launch.
Krillin said, "Wow, that woman calling for help is beautiful. She seems to fit the master's tastes."
Goku nodded. "Yeah. I'll go save her!"
Krillin was a little scared.
"But everyone around her has guns. We can't beat them, can we?"
"Don't worry, it'll be fine!"
As he spoke, Goku steered the Flying Nimbus into a dive toward Launch.
Krillin clung to Goku in fright.
The next moment, the two of them landed beside Launch.
The police officers immediately shouted, "Who are you?"
"Don't interfere with official business!"
Goku pointed at Launch and said bluntly, "I'm here to save her."
Seeing that the people around them were wearing police uniforms,
Krillin guessed they were police officers and seemed to be arresting the woman.
He immediately jumped off Goku and hid behind a nearby rock.
Pointing at Goku, he said, "Officers, I'd like to make it clear that
I have nothing to do with this. I barely know him!"
The police chief immediately roared, "Save her from what?
Do you know who she is?
She just robbed an entire street.
Kid, make trouble again and you'll be arrested too!"
Goku rolled his shoulders and said, "Everyone, sorry about this!"
In the blink of an eye, Goku charged forward
and took down the officers surrounding them in just a few punches and kicks.
Seeing the officers who had been after her sprawled on the ground, Launch's eyes brightened.
Launch said, "Wow, you're amazing at martial arts!"
"Thank you for saving me. I don't know how I can repay you."
Just then, Krillin rushed out.
"Heh, heh, heh. Don't mention it. It was nothing.
How about you come with us?"
Launch asked curiously, "Didn't you say you had nothing to do with this?"
Krillin said, "That was a tactical move! I acted weak to lower their guard."
"Oh!"
So Launch rode the Flying Nimbus
back to Kame House with Goku and Krillin.

When Chi-Chi saw the Flying Nimbus bringing Goku and Krillin back, she ran over excitedly.
"Goku, you're back!"
"Yeah, I'm back. Where's Master Roshi?"
"He's inside."
Goku flipped off the Flying Nimbus,
and Krillin climbed down from Goku as well.
As they spoke, Chi-Chi noticed Launch riding on the Flying Nimbus.
"Huh? Goku, who is she?"
Launch saw the adorable Chi-Chi and flipped down from the Flying Nimbus.
"Hello, I'm Launch."
Chi-Chi looked confused and asked, "What are you doing here?"
Launch said, "I don't know why I'm here either. Those two brought me."
As she spoke, Launch looked at Krillin and Goku and asked, "I haven't asked you yet.
Why did you bring me here?"
Krillin immediately explained, "It's nothing. We just hope you'll stay here for a while."
Launch wasn't confused. Instead, she said excitedly, "Then I'm saved! I was being chased!"
Krillin froze.
"Being chased?"
"Those police officers really were after you. They weren't bad guys?"
Launch blinked her big eyes. "No, they were police officers!"
Krillin asked, "Then why were the police after you?"
Launch took out a Capsule and pressed it lightly.
A huge bundle appeared.
When she unzipped it, it revealed countless sparkling jewels and thick stacks of cash.
"Because I robbed an entire street."
Krillin stared at the huge pile of money and heard the quiet, sweet Launch talking about robbery.
The corner of his mouth twitched.
"Are you kidding?"
"You're a rich young lady, aren't you?"
"You don't look like the type!"
Launch shook her head. "I'm not kidding. I've robbed trains and banks, too.
You'd better be careful.
When I sneeze, my personality changes completely."
Just then, Master Roshi caught sight of Launch and couldn't help exclaiming,
"Wow, she's beautiful!"
He looked at Krillin and Goku. "You two passed the test!"
When Chi-Chi heard that Goku had passed, she happily ran over to him.
"Congratulations, Goku!"
Goku gave an awkward smile and said nothing.
Chi-Chi looked at Master Roshi. His lecherous expression made her understand at once.
A trace of displeasure appeared on Chi-Chi's little face.
She whispered to Goku, "So that's why he didn't take me along for the test.
It turns out this was the test he meant.
Master Roshi is a dirty old man.
Goku, don't let him teach you any bad habits!"
Goku said, "Chi-Chi, don't say bad things about Master Roshi.
He may be lecherous, but he's a good person."
"Oh, got it!" Chi-Chi nodded.
While Chi-Chi and Goku whispered to each other, Master Roshi greeted Launch:
"Welcome, welcome. I'm Master Roshi."
Launch saw Master Roshi and immediately greeted him. "It's nice to meet you, Master Roshi.
Your students saved me when I was in danger.
You even took me in. Thank you so much!"
Master Roshi's eyes lit up.
"They saved you?"
"Yes, they're really good at martial arts. You must have taught them well!" Launch said.
Master Roshi immediately laughed. "Heh, heh, heh. You flatter me! I haven't taught them yet!
But training starts soon. Would you like to learn martial arts too?"
Launch was taken aback.
"Learn martial arts?
But I'm a girl. I probably wouldn't be able to learn, would I?"
Master Roshi immediately explained, "No, I'm not asking you to train as hard as they do.
You only need to learn the basics.
Martial arts can be learned without too much difficulty.
Traditional martial arts can strengthen both body and mind, and they're very beneficial to your health!"
