The Origin of Whitebeard II

After staying on Zou for about three days, Inuarashi and Nekomamushi could no longer wait for Buggy to head to Wano Country.

Buggy asked Mikuru what she thought. Having spent some time on Zou, she was already satisfied and said they could leave at any time.

Buggy therefore bid Inuarashi and Nekomamushi farewell and prepared to go see Kozuki Oden.

Before he left, Inuarashi took out a Log Pose permanently pointing toward Wano Country and handed it to Buggy.

Nekomamushi and Inuarashi watched Buggy depart with both joy and unease, hoping that he would soon bring back news from Wano Country.

Buggy and the others returned to the deck of the Pale White, raised anchor and set sail, and the Pale White set off once more.

Over the course of the journey, Gild Tesoro had acknowledged Buggy's strength. Seeing no need to continue observing him, he did not wish to involve himself in Buggy's personal affairs. He directly stated his intentions, intending to act alone, arrange his plans and preparations, and gather strength for a future assault on the holy land of Mary Geoise.

Buggy nodded and agreed. Though they were allies, neither side had the right to interfere with the other, and there was little point in having Tesoro follow him around all the time. Since their alliance had already been formed, Buggy would let him leave if he wished. If he needed him in the future, he could simply contact him then.

Four or five days later, the outline of a small island appeared on the horizon. Buggy had the sailors steer the Pale White closer to it. Tesoro disembarked, bid them farewell, and headed onto the island alone.

After replenishing some supplies, Buggy left the island and continued toward Wano Country.
