Reconciliation with Su Ningwei

Su Sheng first meets Ye Chen after Ye Chen saves him from falling debris outside Star Shine Media, sustaining injuries in the process. Ye Chen then resets Su Sheng's sprained neck, earning his immediate gratitude and respect 78.

Initially unaware that Ye Chen is Su Ningwei's husband, Su Sheng considers matching the impressive young artist with his daughter. He is briefly disappointed to hear that Ye Chen already has a wife and children, then learns that the wife is Su Ningwei and that they have triplets 79 80. After hearing of Ye Chen's devotion to Su Ningwei and the children, Su Sheng accepts him as his son-in-law and asks for only an 11,000-yuan bride price 80 81.
