Tang Hao placed eighth on the Love Saint Ranking, which recognizes him for crossing species for love. The ranking later grants him a soul bone that strengthens both his cultivation and burst potential. 5 24

After Tang San takes first place on the Scumbag Ranking, Tang Hao is embarrassed and fears he can no longer face the departed A Yin. He resolves to return and keep Tang San from becoming heartless; when Yu Xiaogang also appears on the ranking, Tang Hao concludes that Yu Xiaogang's teaching led Tang San astray and plans to sever their master-disciple relationship. 9 12

Incensed at being absent from the initial Combat Power Ranking, Tang Hao challenges its first-place holder, Masked Superman. In the tenfold-gravity arena, he and the simultaneous challenger Xiong Jun fight each other first. 24 25

Tang Hao initially suppresses Xiong Jun through his Clear Sky Hammer technique. When Xiong Jun unleashes Sky-Ripping Claw, Tang Hao detonates all nine rings and answers with the Great Sumeru Hammer. Before either can prevail, Masked Superman subdues both combatants effortlessly and leaves Tang Hao planted headfirst in the ground. 26

Duel with Bibi Dong

Tang Hao openly claims responsibility for Qian Xunji's death and challenges Bibi Dong, declaring that he will crush her with the Clear Sky Hammer. 32

He withstands Bibi Dong's attacks and forces her to use the Tianshan Six Yang Palm. Tang Hao shatters its palm imprints through Ring Detonation and the Great Sumeru Hammer, but Bibi Dong's energy-manifestation immortality skill lets the strike pass through her harmlessly.
