Yue Mei is a Dou Wang-level chief of the Charm Snake Tribe. She has longstanding hostility toward humans, rooted in the wars between the Jia Ma Empire and the Snake-People Tribe; she claims that Lei Na, an electric-attribute human expert, was poisoned after fighting her in an earlier conflict. 196

When Xiao Tianci enters a desert oasis to replenish his water supply, Yue Mei suspects him of being a Jia Ma Empire spy.
