Background / History

The Night Emperor was one of Star Continent's ancient Emperor-level figures. Unlike the other known Emperors, he appeared and vanished without explanation; surviving records of him were exceptionally scarce. His main Demon Beast, Shadow, remained sealed within his coffin in Night Emperor City to guard his former body. 312 393

After receiving goodwill from Star Saint, the Night Emperor instead rejected him and pursued the path of Dao Transformation. Star Saint retaliated by sending an Outer Star Demon, which destroyed the Night Emperor's body and struck his soul into Ghost Continent. 469
