What was the Eternal Wood Scripture?

Just as its name implied, if this body-tempering method were cultivated to its supreme realm, one could be reborn from a single drop of blood, becoming undying and indestructible!

Unless an even stronger expert used the power of Dao arts or the soul to grind away every trace of spiritual will within each drop of blood and shred of flesh, otherwise, anyone who had attained some measure of success in cultivating it could be reborn even if only a single drop of blood or chunk of flesh remained!
