"Where am I?"

After who knew how long, Li Guifan finally regained consciousness, but no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't open his eyes.

"Where am I? Move!"

After struggling for who knew how long, Li Guifan finally felt that he could control his body again. That earlier feeling of being unable to control himself was just like sleep paralysis, and it had been awful.

On the open floor in front of him stood two strange people. One had purple skin, the other green. They had antennae growing from their bodies, so they definitely weren't Earthlings.

The green-skinned alien looked at the Scouter on his head and said with some confusion.

"Gamos's battle power is... Huh? This reading's a bit strange. It's fluctuating wildly."

The green-skinned alien stared in astonishment at the initially high reading. But as the number continued to climb, his surprise turned to disbelief, and then to alarm.

800, 900, 1,000.

The number kept climbing, soon passing 1,000, but it didn't stop. As Li Guifan's emotions fluctuated, the reading continued to rise.

Then, at a certain point, when the number reached 10,000, the Scouter on the alien's head suddenly went off with a bang.

"How is this possible? The Scouter exploded! That means this guy has a battle power of at least 10,000."

The green-skinned alien was terrified out of his wits and kept backing away.

The purple-skinned alien standing nearby couldn't help exclaiming at the sight.

"How can a Saiyan be this strong? We have to report this to His Majesty at once."

Hearing the two aliens talk, Li Guifan realized that he must have been reincarnated. Saiyans? Weren't they characters from an anime?

Frieza's expression turned icy. He crushed the wineglass in his hand and gave a cold snort.

"Could this be the Legendary Super Saiyan? How terrifying!"

There was a legend among the Frieza Race that their ancestor had been killed by a golden-haired Saiyan. The legendary golden-haired Super Saiyan was the Frieza Race's nightmare.

"Your Majesty, what should we do with this Saiyan?"

The purple-skinned alien asked cautiously.

Frieza gave a cold snort, then fell into thought.

"Bring him here. Someone this dangerous is safest where I can keep an eye on him."

For reasons of his own, Frieza didn't kill Gamos right away. Instead, he took a keen interest in him and decided to keep him by his side.

"Yes, sir!"

The communication ended, and Frieza turned to the two subordinates behind him.

"Zarbon, Dodoria, go and bring him here yourselves."

"Yes, sir!"

The two received their orders and immediately set off. Once outside, they flew straight toward the Saiyan planet's nursery pods.

Frieza had just finished lecturing King Vegeta and had only just settled down to rest when he heard his subordinate's report.

"Legendary Super Saiyan, you're mine!"

After saying this, Frieza's lips curled into a strange smile.

Inside the palace on Planet Vegeta, King Vegeta heard his subordinate's report and stared in shock.

"What did you say? A battle power of 10,000? Are you kidding me?"

King Vegeta seized one of his subordinates by the collar in fury and lifted him off the ground.

"It's true. Our men just reported that King Frieza personally ordered two of his men to bring the infant to him."

King Vegeta angrily threw his subordinate to the ground, then walked over to his throne and dropped into it, his face filled with worry as he pondered the situation.

His own battle power was only 12,000. Yet this baby had been born with a battle power of 10,000. With a little growth, he would surpass King Vegeta.

With strength like that, the infant would absolutely threaten his throne. If he'd found out sooner, he could have dealt with him in advance, but it was too late now.

Frieza had already learned of the infant's existence and ordered him brought in. That meant this Saiyan might one day become the new king Frieza used to control the Saiyan race.

"Born with a battle power of 10,000? How is that possible? It's absurd. Unless..."

As if a thought had struck him, King Vegeta suddenly raised his head and uttered a few words.

"The Legendary Super Saiyan who appears only once every thousand years."
