Destruction at Frieza's Hands

At the nursery, Zarbon and Dodoria soon reached their destination. They descended from the sky and landed right outside the entrance.

"Where's that Saiyan?"

A subordinate quickly led the two of them inside.

Guided by the subordinate, the two soon found the target of their trip.

Standing in front of Gamos's incubation pod, Dodoria was the first to activate his Scouter.

After a series of beeps, the number settled at 11,000.

Everyone who saw that astonishing figure couldn't help but gasp.

"Sure enough, this must be the Legendary Super Saiyan."

Zarbon and Dodoria exchanged a glance, their eyes filled with fear.

After all, the two of them were Frieza's right-hand men, yet their strength was only around 20,000. And now, right before their eyes, was a Saiyan baby with a terrifying power level of 11,000. If they let him grow for a while, they couldn't imagine what might happen.

Gamos had his eyes shut tight, seemingly fast asleep.

He was completely unaware of everything around him. By now, Gamos had long since given up.

What a load of nonsense, Dragon Ball. With a start like this, he'd be lucky to even have a whole corpse left.

If he'd been reincarnated as some other Saiyan, he might have found a way to escape before Planet Vegeta was destroyed. But as the Legendary Super Saiyan, there was no point even thinking about it. One slash, and he'd be done for.

As for Broly, at least he had a father to take the hit for him. Though his father hadn't been much help in their escape, Broly had still been looked after by him after they got away, so he hadn't starved to death.

But what about Gamos? Ever since he'd gained consciousness, he'd never heard anything about his parents. They'd probably been killed in battle long ago!

"The Legendary Super Saiyan! You there—take him away, incubation pod and all."

"Yes, sir!"

After the subordinates bustled around for a while, Gamos was soon carried onto a spaceship.

At the same time, Frieza stood aboard a spaceship, gazing up at the sky.

"Heh heh heh. Now that the Legendary Super Saiyan has appeared, what should I do next? Keep him and raise him as one of my own, or kill him right away?"

While he was still pondering, a small spaceship flew in from afar and landed in an open area not far away.

The hatch opened, and Zarbon and Dodoria flew out, carrying a huge incubation pod on their shoulders.

"King Frieza, this is the Legendary Super Saiyan!"

Dodoria spoke obsequiously, his face full of flattery.

After setting the pod on the ground, Frieza slowly walked over. Inside, he saw Gamos sleeping soundly with his eyes closed.

"The Legendary Super Saiyan. Not bad."

Frieza nodded in satisfaction. After searching for so many years, he'd finally found him.

Then Frieza's gaze sharpened. With a sharp crack, one of his hands pierced straight through the glass and snatched Gamos out.

Feeling the pain, Gamos burst into tears. When he opened his eyes, he saw the first great villain of the Dragon Ball world—the ultimate boss who had pushed the entire series to the pinnacle of anime.

"Frieza? What's going on?"

Gamos stared in disbelief. He'd already resigned himself to waiting for death, but instead of being struck down by King Vegeta, he'd ended up in Frieza's grasp.

"Is he going to crush me to death? Waaaah! If it were King Vegeta, I might still have a chance to escape, but against Frieza, I'm as good as dead!"

The thought of dying again made Gamos cry even harder. Why was his life so miserable? He wouldn't even make it through his first day!

As Gamos continued wailing, the intensity of his emotions set off the energy within him. In an instant, the surroundings turned green.

A terrifying burst of energy erupted. Frieza suddenly felt as though the child in his hand were a blazing fireball, and it actually hurt him.

"Yikes!"

In his normal form, Frieza couldn't help but gasp. He released Gamos instinctively, only to see that his hand had turned red. He'd actually been burned.

"Waaaah!"

As Gamos continued releasing energy, a vivid green barrier appeared around him, enveloping his entire body as he shot toward the horizon.

Frieza was stunned by the sight, and a bad feeling rose in his heart.

He was only a baby, yet he'd already shown such potential. He absolutely couldn't be allowed to grow up.

As a competent emperor of the universe, Frieza would never entrust his life to the other party's good nature.

Having made up his mind, Frieza wasted no time. He fired a beam at Gamos, who was still too slow to get away in the sky.

Frieza put all his strength into the attack. The terrifying golden beam engulfed Gamos, who didn't even manage a final scream before everything vanished.

"Hmph! Super Saiyan. At last, this thorn in my side has been removed."

Seeing the energy reading disappear from his Scouter, Frieza couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief.

"Congratulations, King Frieza. You've finally eliminated the Legendary Super Saiyan."

A subordinate immediately stepped forward to flatter him. Frieza was in a good mood, and chuckled.

"Now that the Super Saiyan is gone, we can begin the plan to wipe out the Saiyans."

Frieza held his left hand behind his back and his right fist near his mouth, chuckling elegantly.

"Those Saiyan monkeys will soon be wiped out completely."

Back aboard the spaceship, Frieza immediately questioned his subordinates.

"How are the Saiyans doing? Have they all returned?"

As soon as Frieza finished speaking, a subordinate began his report.

"Reporting, King Frieza. Apart from Prince Vegeta's three-man squad, the other three have all returned."

Hearing the report, Frieza nodded in satisfaction, then ordered his subordinates to prepare to leave Planet Vegeta.

As the spaceship powered up, all the warships under Frieza's command departed. Soon, they arrived outside the spaceport.

Looking at Planet Vegeta from space, Frieza gave a cruel smile.

"Heh heh heh. Saiyans, your era is over."

A subordinate, quick to read the room, opened the spaceship's hatch. Sitting in his hover pod, Frieza slowly floated outside.

Gazing at the enormous planet, Frieza merely smiled. It was time to destroy it.

Just as everyone thought it was all over, a figure suddenly appeared before them.

"Damn you, Frieza! You'll never destroy our planet!"

At the sudden appearance of a Saiyan, everyone stared in astonishment.

It was none other than Bardock, a low-class warrior who had broken through his limits—and the father of Sun Wukong, the protagonist of Dragon Ball.

Bardock charged fearlessly at the nearest grunts. He took them out one by one with a single punch, quickly clearing away a whole group of fodder.

"Heh heh heh. I never thought a Saiyan would dare attack me."

Frieza paid no attention to Bardock's sudden appearance. He merely raised one finger, and a massive, fiery-red sphere of energy appeared.

"Saiyan, disappear!"

With a slight flick of Frieza's finger, the enormous energy sphere hurtled toward the planet.

Bardock had no time to think. He gathered energy in his hands and fired a blast at the massive sphere.

But the gap in their strength made Bardock's resistance seem utterly insignificant.

In the end, Bardock failed to stop him. He, too, was swallowed by the enormous energy sphere.

Under the energy sphere's explosion, all of Planet Vegeta began to break apart. The entire planet bloomed across the universe like fireworks, shining with its final light.
