Kirigakure—a mysterious ninja village locked deep within thick fog—was located in the Land of Water. It was a mysterious village second in scale only to Konoha and Sunagakure, with the Mizukage standing at its pinnacle.

Among the current five great ninja villages, the strength of the four Kage, excluding Senju Hashirama, was roughly equivalent.

Just as the First Mizukage arrived at the battlefield, Uchiha Madara had already used his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan to control the Six-Tails, his feet planted firmly atop its head.

"I had thought the Tailed Beasts were something impressive; it seems they are nothing more than oversized pets."

Uchiha Madara remarked with a cool expression.

"Uchiha Madara, is Konoha trying to start a war with our Kirigakure?"

As he spoke, the First Mizukage unleashed a ten-meter-long water dragon toward Uchiha Madara.

However, it was casually extinguished by Uchiha Madara's fire dragon.

"Start a war? You aren't worthy!"

Uchiha Madara said with disdain, his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan locked onto the First Mizukage.

"What did you say, Uchiha Madara! Don't get too arrogant!"

Relying on its agile body and immense muscular strength, it tightly coiled around the Fourth Form Susanoo.

Uchiha Madara said indifferently.

A young man approached Senju Hashirama. He had silver hair, red eyes, and a metal forehead protector with side guards. Three red markings adorned his cheeks, and he wore a black form-fitting combat suit under blue layered armor, with a white fur collar draped over his shoulders and back.

This man was Senju Tobirama. His forehead protector bore the Senju clan crest, though after the founding of the Hidden Leaf Village, it was replaced with the Leaf symbol.

"Hmm, that's true!"

"In that case, take Uchiha Izuna with you as well! His Sharingan can control the Tailed Beasts much better."

Senju Hashirama nodded in agreement.

If Uchiha Madara was Senju Hashirama's best friend, then Uchiha Izuna was Senju Tobirama's best friend.

In the original story, the two had fought each other viciously.

But now, they were as close as could be.

Their relationship was arguably even better than that of Uchiha Madara and Senju Hashirama.
