Background

Tsunade is Hashirama Senju's granddaughter and inherited his belief that Konoha should stand above clan divisions. Witnessing the Senju Clan's decline leaves her briefly conflicted, but she resolves to uphold her grandfather's ideals regardless of the cost. 17
