The capital of the Vacuum Theocracy, [Philitzer Imperial Court], was holding the [Myriad Radiance Festival].
This was considered a traditional festival of the Vacuum Theocracy. On this day every year, its citizens wore specially made clothing and sang and danced through the streets.
In a sense, the Vacuum Theocracy was more open than Ultimate Bliss—on a spiritual level.
The spread of [religions] was barely restricted here. One only needed to submit paperwork to the Religious Inquisition to preach, even if one truly was part of an evil cult.
And if one was not registered with the Religious Inquisition, then that was another matter.

"Those middle-aged
