"Fine, Sarutobi. You'll regret this!" Danzo left the Hokage's office and slammed his right hand against the door.
The bang made no attempt to conceal his anger. Watching Danzo leave, Sarutobi Hiruzen fell into thought.
Nearby, Utatane Koharu and Mitokado Homura both urged Sarutobi Hiruzen not to be angry, saying Danzo had acted on impulse. Sarutobi Hiruzen wasn't the old man he'd eventually become. Then he fled through the door. In the courtyard of the Senju Ancestral Residence, a cold breeze swept past, clearing his head. He let out a long breath and looked up at the moon, his heart pounding.
Tsunade watched Uchiha Xiao in the courtyard through the window and couldn't help laughing in her room. How had she never noticed before that the quiet boy had this side to him?
Looking at Uchiha Xiao, bathed in moonlight, she suddenly thought he was kind of handsome. She shook her head, drew the curtains, and changed into something looser but still proper.
The pacing of this novel will be a little slower. I'll try to make the story more detailed and logical, and the romance better.
