Background / History

Ning Rongrong studied at Shrek Academy after leaving the Seven Treasures Glazed Tile Sect. As the sect master's daughter and Sword Douluo's granddaughter, she was raised as its little princess and initially retained a spoiled, forceful temperament. Shrek's demanding environment had already tempered much of this behavior before she began training with Ye Xuan. 7 30

She first approached Ye Xuan with Zhu Zhuqing and Xiao Wu after witnessing him defeat Zhao Wuji with a single finger. His strength and gentleness immediately impressed her. 6

Ning Rongrong attempted to hire Ye Xuan as her personal bodyguard until graduation, offering money without hesitation. Ye Xuan bluntly refused, but later gave her a jade pendant infused with sword energy as a protective talisman. 7

While escaping the Titan Giant Ape's appearance in the Star Dou Great Forest, she was recognized by Ye Xuan's system as having been saved from potential danger. This event granted Ye Xuan the ability to create a strengthened simulation of her and use her spirit skills. 16
